I'm not really sure what kind of replies you can expect here. That is a very wide subject. A good place to start might be to browse youtube. I know that's a rather generic answer, but it's hard to give otherwise. Particularly if you are looking for structures/creativity instead of technical i would look for "minecraft timelapse". Especially http://www.youtube.com/user/FyreUK is one of my favorite timelapse channels. I love The Land of Akane.
What kinds of styles are you interested in? You say you like to build. What things have you built or appeal to you?

ok look what i was trying to say is that. if you have built a build then you can talk about it here. vivosims did the right thing and posted some of his builds. if you have not built something then don,t say anything. i guess i could of said "builds that you have made" but i was talking like it was me. to bad i can,t change it LOL
I dont remember where are the stuff about the other kingdom I already posted (still I gonna make videos about the other stuff and a video to show inside the castle you will see the external at the video)
took back to build at minecraft after some months . . . gonna finish this kingdom before making another video. university is over for this year and now I have time XD

There's no reason to be a smart ass with a reply like "if you have not built something then don't say anything". You were not clear in your intentions in the beginning. I gave a straightforward respectful and helpful response. If it wasn't exactly what you were looking for, that's not my fault when you weren't clear enough and it certainly doesn't warrant that kind of response. As for "if you have not built something" pretty much everyone here has built something. If they have done more than die in minecraft they have built something. Adding "lol" to the end of your post does not make such a disrespectful and rude response funny.
Go back and read my response again and notice that at not point was I rude or smart with you. I gave the best response I could with what you said and I was helpful about it.
Now if I understand you correctly, you are just looking to have a discussion where people talk about the types of things they have built right? as opposed to what I thought, that you were looking for specific examples for inspiration? If that's the case I can try to summarize things I've done:
I tend to have a lot of fun with technical builds involving redstone, but not all of them are like that. I've built an all-in-one zombie pigman/iron golem farm/villager trading hall/gladiator arena (can flip a switch to have the pigmen and golems fight).
I've built an 18 story sheep farm roller coaster where you ride a minecart up and trim the wool on the way, then get dropped straight down the beginning. Uses water dispensers to auto harvest the wool.
I've designed an built my own birch tree farm that crushes almost all the leaves, auto dispenses bonemeal when you plant the sapling and stops when it grows, then auto harvests the tree into a wood block (harvests it sideways for speed) and auto collects the fallen saplings into a dispenser and shoots one to you. No buttons to push and the sapling shoots to you through the wall. Can't see the dispenser.
I've made a 'great tree' 160m in the sky which is also my mob farm (all but spiders and endermen)
I've built a mostly quartz ornate boat dock that has a trap floor to allow the boat into the underground house.
My latest creation is in work. I call it "The Tell Tale Hall". The hall is inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's "The Tell Tale Heart" and smoothly transitions the walls from spruce wood to red stained clay with pink clay ceiling. The hall will have lava lighting to accent the mood and a heartbeat under the floor. This hall opens into my (INW) enchantment library. It's a 26 block radius sphere. The top half will be all bookshelves with a spiral of stained glass through it (the sphere is under water btw). The bottom half will be a fishing sanctuary mostly blue shades of wool, lapis blocks, and quartz patterns for highlights. The enchantment table will be on an extended platform in the center of the sphere like cerebro in x-men.
You can see some preliminary screenshots of "The Tell Tale Hall" in my topic of that name in this forum.
I hope this is more of what you were looking for. If anything I mentioned strikes particular interest I can post some screen shots of them.
Cheers.
EDIT: I also built a 40 stall horse stable out in the plains which doesn't use redstone or any moving parts to keep the horses in their stalls. Outside this stable is a track that measures the horse speeds in .5m/s increments so I can compare and breed for the best. Also has a jump course for measurement.

i was not being a smart ass, i was just saying if you have nothing good to say don't say anything at all. most people have not built big and in depth builds thats fine but for the ones who have i would like to know. I don't mind if some talks about what they want to build but its not the topic so it would not make sense. i went threw in the other post that yes my name for this topic was bad. i don't try to get serious though with what most people say, if someone says "i love minecraft and you will too" i don't say well what if i don't. i would say well I in need to play it first then we will see if i like it. and i know it was easy to get confused with the topic name sorry. but i don't know why you got confused with the LOL on my second post. i was trying to be funny you might want to look at it again.
EDIT:i hope this is not getting us off on the wrong foot
