Hi there this is my first post here in the Minecraft Forum. I want to show off my Automated Building Bot and what it can so far build. Right now it can Build Pyramids, Step Pyramids and can even Build the rooms inside them through a a single command function. I plan to build Circles So I can later build Castles with my Automated Building Bot.
Well right now I cant say much about how I did this It's alot of technical work but basically I use the Execute Build Command to build with the Drone. The Emerald Green Area in the screenshot below is the Custom Build Area and when the Drone is finished building I can clear the entire build area.
Here are some of my basic step pyramids, They range form one block high all the way up to four block high steps but don't be fooled by the last pyramid screenshot that is no floating pyramid, so as you can see with the last step pyramid in the screenshots a couple of the layers didn't build due to the fact it exceeded the block limit that the command can place at any given moment. That is where knowing how to build in segments is the only way you would be able to complete the foundation.
Just started working on circles this morning, so here are the first two circles my automated building bot made along with another pyramid that I designed. The difficult thing about this pyramid is that in order to get the diagonal alignment that gives the pyramid its shape every block had to be placed with it own single command. This pyramid required 1326 commands to build so with that said every single block you see in the pyramid screen shot was placed there using its own individual command.
Just finish working on a maze generator today for my automated building bot. I based the maze generator from lorgon111 youtube video below. So I thought I post a couple of mazes the bot built so far.
You thinking of using this stuff for a map or something?
Of course, this was all built in creative mode for the purpose of building in other maps seeds and game modes. Check this Iron bar fence out in the picture below, the building bot made that today. Now the temple you see in the picture below was built by me, It wont be long until the building bot will be building that as well.
I finished duplicating one of my temple's today with the automated building bot. Instead of building the temple with the automated building bot in the center block location, I was forced to build this temple from outside due to the fact that the pyramid foundation had an even 2x2 block structure pattern preventing the automated building bot from building in the center block location.
Just recently completed a random dungeon generator for my automated building bot. I based the random dungeon generator from Jargon youtube video as seen here. I've been running the dungeon generator a couple of times now and I already notice that the one of the random rooms the green room specifically don't generate as much as the other 3 colors White,Black, and Blue. I don't understand why this is so maybe some kind of weird luck here. here are some pictures of some of the random color dungeons I made so far.
-Edit-
Solved, I figure out why the random dungeon generator don't generate the green rooms as often as the other colors. Turns out if all the armor stand don't summon, it then reduces the availability of the desired random rooms your able to build with.
This is interesting, after figuring out why the random dungeon generator don't generate the green rooms as often as the other colors I came up with a solution and with this new solution came with it I stumble upon its own very unique problem. I watched this problem happened and its not a big problem when it comes to building and you can see it in one of the pictures below clear as day where the building bot messed up. The problem here was the automatic building bot built a ghost room and failed to generate one of the random colors. What caused that I have no clue.
Came up with some more mazes I think are challenging, I present the Subterranean Tunnel Maze Structure, the idea here was to stack a Maze on another Maze and have it both intersect with each other with a water layer. This kind of overlapping can make for an very interesting labyrinth style where the solver is forced to traverse the water to reach the end destination.
But wait there is more, I said I was going to make a Subterranean Tunnel Maze Structure, well I finally did it and made a prototype of it. Now what I did here is I manage to make the maze generator go in a total build loop so that it will keep building until it stops due to the build height limits the next step is building downwards. This was a fun build to watch the building bot go through, it took a short time to do, I'm guessing here, but I say it took roughly around 2 minutes to complete. I even did the math as to how many mazes it build and it was able to build a total of 84 mazes vertically, the higher it became the quicker the maze generated. Now when the building bot started to reach the top I manually stopped and started the build process to show how the building bot is building is able to build the next maze structure. That is why you see some of the mazes out of place in one of the pictures below. One interesting thing about watching the maze generator go in a build loop and that is seeing the little backtracking bug appear when the automatic building bot happens by chance to take two steps backwards instead of one. Now I'm in a good spot to see if my fixes on this is going to work on all these maze. There is still more work to do here but this does mark a major breakthrough for me in building with this bot. As for the last two picture below the building bot was randomly moving around with nothing to build due to reaching the height limits in building.
I got some improvements to the dungeon generator up and running, now it don't mess up. I even doubling the amount of possible builds to generate, and along with what I call a entrance build to provide a starting point for the dungeon generation. Now just to see if it worked I even added the maze build into the dungeon generation to see what it does.

Nothing can go here but time itself.

That's some nice work you've achieved! Keep going!
Wow thats really nice, great work
Thanks everyone I appreciate the comments. I got more builds coming, Lately I've been working on this Circular Temple.
I had this Idea today to build a"Circular" Pyramid, then one thing led to another and now I've got this Idea to build a Circular Maze Temple.
You thinking of using this stuff for a map or something?
Wow. And I'm here just using mods I downloaded on the internet.
