ok kinda off topic to command you used but is there a way to do this be give the head to another player when they buy from a enjin donation shop with vote points?
works in singleplayer yes, just make sure you copy the entire command, then changeherobrine to your own name, entity, or whatever, and you can put in other player heads than your own. for example, if you wanted to make my head spawn in you would change /give RuxPlay minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Herobrine"} to
/give (yourname) minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"The_Flash2001"} the quotation marks needed.
Um, this tutorial thread is kind of pointless, because most of the players know how to do this. Also, you can find out how to do this just by doing a Google Search.

I Try doing it but is says ivalid command
Also, to copy an already placed head, you press the Command (Mac)/Control (Windows) + scroll wheel. Otherwise you would just get a regular head.
It probably didnt load right, it happened to me once but it got better
