Does anyone know how to delete all your worlds at once I have like 30+ from old updates and they take up space and when a update rolls out I like to start fresh but never get around to delete them one by one (kinda lazy) so if no one knows how I think this (small) feature should be added
Don't quote me on this, but I think if you delete all the minecraft data off your xbox, then re-download the game, you'll be starting over from scratch. But like I said, don't quote me. You may wanna research this route a little further, or what for some more knowledgeable answers to be posted.

Ahhh.... Internet Forums... Longtime Jurisdiction of a large, faithful force of steely-eyed Grammar Police.
You can go into your Xbox hard drive and delete minecraft save data and keep the game data. It will delete every bit of your saves but you should keep your game and updates.
I like to keep my seeds down to a minimum to save on space for all players on the xbox network. There currently is no way to delete multiple seeds at once, maybe just focus on a few select seeds instead of making an excess of multiple ones would alleviate the problem of deletion.

Your seeds? Having a world generate specifically using seeds will not change the amount of space that world takes up.

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
I think he's talking about the cloud, though players don't share a commune-like space on these servers. Everyone gets their own partition. It's pretty much like owning your own piece of private property, except every once in awhile a corporation may come in and burn everything to the ground. (a.k.a. some kind of server issue erases all of your information)

I actually think he is talking about maps in general.. the world files. Multiple world files can add up after a while.
what I thought he meant by the network was other people in his household?! I never thought of what nose said, but makes sense...
And to the OP: just goto system settings, storage (choose where you stored them), select minecraft, then delete all the save files. There should be minecraft game and and update file there as well as skin packs if you got those. The rest should be world files. Although you might have to do 1 by 1, you still can delete them much quicker this way than doing it in game...:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
It's one at a time, either from the Minecraft load menu or from the XBox - Storage menu. If, while in the Xbox storage menu, you attempt to move, copy or delete a gavesave that is not registered to the gamertag you are signed in with, a warning about the ownership of the gamesave will come up.
So, I think this is set up this way so that people can't delete gamesaves that don't belong to them even from the XBox Storage menu. I'm not sure what happens if you go to delete all of Minecraft at once (game file and all); but I would suspect it may not allow you to do it unless you are signed in with the same gamertag that bought the game in the first place. Whether or not it would then delete any gamesave files that you do not own yourself (i.e. that belong to other gamertags that play on your XBox), I don't know.
No they shouldn't add an option to delete all your worlds at once because thats silly. It would hurt people more by accidently doing it than wanting to do it. Move all your saves to a usb!

Actually, I'd love an option for deleting all worlds. That way when an update comes out and I want to start anew, I can just clear away everything.
To prevent people from "accidentally" doing it, they can just employ those really annoying screens that ask "Are you sure?" when you try to use it. If someone still ends up doing it by accident, then I think they should have to suffer the ramifications of their own lack of paying attention.

I agree... with the proviso that it only delete all worlds belonging to the gamertag currently signed in and requesting the operation. I could just imagine the havoc that would ensue in some households, if big bro suddenly deleted all of little sis's worlds.

I just like having a few select seeds I can focus on instead of making a ton of little projects. Instead do one huge project.
My thought process is that if every xbox minecraft owner made 30 different seeds, wouldn't that slow down 4J's, or Mojang's servers? I'm not sure how they have it all set up, but with as many players as there is, there has to be a mind boggling amount of data being stored, used, saved, and transferred. Even just on the Xbox version, I don't even want to think about the computers minecraft data stats.
Im hoping they may implement public servers for the random public to join and interact with one another. Of course have moderators that can police and keep greifers and trolls in line. Like have a join game option to switch your seed to public, or have set seeds for public use or something.

The amount of saves you have does not affect 4J, Microsoft, Mojang, or other players in any way, shape, or form.
Everything is handled on your Xbox 360. Your Xbox 360 is the server. It's where the data is stored and the data is transferred back and forth between your Xbox and whoever is playing in your world.

Ah, very good. So they should have no problems making a system where we could set our seeds up for random public joining if everything is handled by our own systems.
