This seed is pretty much a perfect survival seed. You spawn near a village with a blacksmith, which is right by another large village (no blacksmith but a library and pumpkin patch close by). You also spawn basically on top of a abandoned mineshaft which has 2 mob spawners and multiple chests. Cords are shown in the vid and also in the description for the vid
