Hi, I have a survival world on my Realm, and a bunch of friends who play on it.
almost all of us have nether portals, and when one of my firends goes through theirs, they come out mine. any seggestions on how to fix?
All overworld coordinates are divided by 8 in the nether. They need to write down the X and Z coordinates of their portal and then divide those by 8. Then go to those coordinates in the nether and build a portal there. For example if their Overworld portals coordinates are X=302 Z=846, then the Nether coordinates would be X=38 (302/8=37.75) Z=106 (846/8=105.75)
Just be aware that most likely those coordinates will be fairly close to your portal in the nether anyway.

Just adding to rodabon's great advice above, if this still doesn't work, then re-build each nether-side portal at the exact same y-coordinate as its overworld counterpart. This might not be necessary depending on their exact locations, but the closer they are to each other, the more likely they are to interfere if not built at the exact right height.
You will likely have to move both nether-side portals to their overworld/8 coordinates.
Also, the Y coordinate is usually not important when trying to link portals, but if they are very close together, it can help. The Y-coordinate is not divided by 8 (it is the same as in the overworld), but you usually do't have to match Y exactly. Moving the nether-side portal up or down a few blocks will often be enough (the portal just has to be the closest).

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..

You think magic isn't real? Consider this: for every person, there is a sentence -- a series of words -- which has the power to destroy them.

Here's a neat video by xisumavoid explaining how to 'sync' nether portals together.
