Glued into your journey, really awesome of how quickly things changed enough (though that chat still seems a miss). Kind of cool to see what you find, without me actually having to experience such a mess (I found I'm tad a control freak with some servers I've been on).
Can't wait to hear for your next day when it comes.
Sorry about the wait, I haven't done enough noteworthy things to
warrant a post for a couple of days. I now have enough pictures to post
though, so that is good :).
I have now reached 30,000 z! There was a nether portal and a sea temple nearby that I decided to photograph. I also made another monument just 'cuz.
I crossed the sea of ice that lied in front of me and found something peculiar. I chuckled and took a snapshot. Then, I decided to go mining. After a long mining trip which was the reason I haven't posted in a couple of days, along with the queue being too long, I turned to exit the cave and realized that I was lost. I ran around the dark tunnels for a while before giving up and making a tunnel to the surface. Up there, I saw something I've never seen before.
I was underneath the ice. I thought that this looked pretty cool, and the rain splashing down on top of the block added to the effect. After taking a less glamorous look from above, I went on my way.
I saw another nether portal perched atop a hole dug into the ground that was supposedly meant to be a base. I hopped in the nether portal, and you probably know what happened after that. The abandoned base was apparently owned by a group with the Acronym PGM. I have no idea what that means.
While sailing across yet another sea, I decided to take a picture of these funky chunks. i have passed quite a few of them, and I figured that they might look interesting to other people.

I have decided to cut off day 3 here, as it seems like a good place to cut off. I included some content from day 4 in there to even things up. Now, without further ado, I present to you...
As I reached the end of the ocean, I saw some more funny boats. My boat ended up down there too, so I had to sink down to the sea floor to retrieve it. I didn't take the others because I didn't think I would need them.
I traveled across this new continent I had made landfall on and found a farm. It was a nice farm, and apparently the Rushers thought so too. It had several farming rooms and a few chests with some goodies for me, including a fresh bow. I refrained from burning the chests (there was really no reason to) and instead smelted my ores and got some free food from the farm. One of the players was yelling about a server restart at the time, so I became paranoid about logging off with my ores still in the furnaces*. I made a bunch of them around the farm to smelt them faster. After smelting all of my ores and taking some things from the farm that would be useful to me on my journey, I set off in my boat to cross YET ANOTHER ocean. I was becoming surprised at how many oceans there were in my way. The good thing about oceans though is that they have squids. I killed the upper class ones since they taste much more refined.
This concludes day 4.

Just notifying ya'll that I will be taking a temporary break from 2b2t while I work on some projects on other servers and on different games. One server that I am playing on right now, which is really great is called Total War. If anybody wants to check it out after reading this shameless plug, you can go to the server website.
That's fine. Also I thought the wait time to get on the server was supposed to take forever? I read back on your journal and you were able to join instantly...how?

Thanks! As of now, I'm in position 3, so there should be one soon!

Every once in a while, the server has to restart. Luckily, I managed to jump ahead a ton of spots in the queue.
