Yes it is, could you tell what pack it is, please?
Also, I love this idea. Doing it myself after a creeper walked through my wall somehow and blew up half of my downstairs... along with my body and my chests full of random stuff... ugh
Damn... I'm going to have to set up a graveyard on my friend's server when she gets it sorted out. Sadly won't do in my single player games because I play "delete on death", but I really like this idea overall.

It's the Sanguine texture pack.
It's the only one I can use in replacement of the default.
Here's mine :smile.gif: It's in the backyard of my Zelda themed mansion :
The Old Hylian writing reads "Tafunesu Mohansen Hairaru" (there's no "da" in Old Hylian, so "ta")
In english "Daphnes Mohansen Hyrule", one of the king that ruled over Hyrule ;O
I put all my "gravestones" in one place, near a church I built. If i die in one world, i will respawn, get my items, then build my gravestone in my main world. Then I can see how much I have died with just 1 glance at 1 area in 1 world.

Off-topic curiosity. How did you accomplish the engravings on the blocks? It's clearly not just a re-texture since it only shows up on the one side.

I'm almost 100% positive that this have been suggested before but i'll suggest it again anyways

Paintings! You can a little portion of the frame on the right. On that topic does anyone know how to remove this frame ? It's annoying when you use paintings like this
I saw this idea a few weeks ago, i'v been making graves ever since.
If i die from some kind of physical damage ( arrow, zombie, spider, fall) then i build a grave like this:
[] [] []
and place bones in the shape of a body.
If i die from fire, lava, an explosion ( tnt or creeper) then i place my ashed in a wall like so:
With a sign stuck to the front of each double half block saying the name of the character that died ( Eg Luke XXVII) and a torch next to each ocupied plot
I like that idea of changing skins after every death... might have to do that from now on

Stop pushing it around your plate and eat it.
Good for you.
This is a really cool idea. Me and 2 of my friends every 2 weeks play minecraft all day and all night, on a lan server. We are still in the process of making walls with an Obsidian interior.
We all have died numerous, and extremely unexpected deaths while gathering materials, as well as falling off the walls. I will have to start a grave yard for all of us :smile.gif:
Wow. That's a really nice texture pack

HERE LIES:
Aeacus IV
His knowledge brought him to great heights, but apparently he lost his balance.
The next time,
HERE LIES:
Aeacus V
"I told you I was sick"
And so on.
