It's not a bug. It is caused because of the old values that the pre 1.2 beta leaves had.
Due to the new trees these random values are now used to determine what kind of leaves we get.
There wont be a fix. Just start a new world if you hate it.
Pre-Boo map, MASSIVE fort, near infinite resources vs building a small dirt house, hating minecraft because I feel like a noob.
Guess.
Although the amount of my world that is pre-boo is quite small, so maybe if I replant my small forest...
Yeah, pretty much all my trees have a mix of the three different tree type leaves in them. Though Iit's an old map and I've had to "generate" "new" ones several times due to crashes and what not. That screws up the biomes for me.
In areas without a biome (pre-boo and possibly nether) leaves will be strangely colored in areas not in or near biomes.
And when on peaceful mode, groups of enemies will appear then disappear, making zombies suddenly flash on the screen.
The second one is nothing urgent, but if anyone knows how to fix my trees tell me!
I think notch did the leaves on purpose...
Well find out later on I guess?
IT'S LIKE I'M REALLY ON RED MUSHROOMS.
The trees may come under the banner of 'New tree types', not sure.
I know how peaceful works, but it's usually faster.
The tree's are weird colors, not formations.
