First of all, yes I DO know that there are other threads about this and that Dinnerbone has a similar idea. I was not aware of it when I made this thread. Please still take a look at my designs!
A simple idea, but one that I think would be really cool for the game. I think witches should spawn in solitary huts in swamp biomes, where they live a hermit-like lifestyle and brew potions. The little huts should generate (very rarely, since they have a lot of materials) with cauldrons and occasionally brewing stands. I think witch huts could add some spice to a currently rather boring biome.
Concept Pictures:
Above: A fence around the house would fit the witch's solitary lifestyle.
Above: The interior of the house, with a cauldron, brewing stand, and chest.
Above: Note the erratic placement of redstone torches for lighting.
Above: The chest would contain brewing supplies and rarely finished potions.
Above: The pointed roof is made to look similar to a witch hat. The shape was inspired by the Baba Yaga house in "Bartok the Magnificent."
Above: There would have to be a way for the witch to always stay in or near the house.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize. But admittedly our designs are fairly different. But since we both want witch huts implemented, there isn't a problem with two different threads about it. You know what they say, two threads are better than one!
Um, when i looked at the concept pictures i thought it all looks nice, except the brewing stand, those should require you to go to the nether and build it, not get it from a witch hut, also the walls look very ncie and fit well, but the house should be rickity wooden and on stilits... but thats just my idea of what a witches house would look like.
Only wood on the roof and use stairs rather than planks to make it look less sharp and it looks good.
I'm also not too fond of being able to get a brewing stand from only the overworld.

I tried only wood on the roof, but it looked rather monotone, and I'm going for a run-down, crude look for the hut, as if the witch had patched up the roof with cobblestone.
Brewing stands would have a very small chance of generating with the hut, and the hut itself would have a small chance as well.
Looks great, but I don't think it should have a Brewing Stand, or completed Potions in the chest. It would make the Nether even more pointless than it already is.
One other problem I have with it is that it looks very small. It'd be very hard to fight the Witch in such a cramped space.
No I think it would be much easier because its acually a long range mob.So if you attack quicky with a diamond sword it would be easy i think
This is being added, though I don't know how close to your version - eitherway, congratulations!
They don't look anything like this one.
Idea is being added, however the huts are actually made of oak logs, spruce planks and have a levitating cauldron and crafting table. They are also raised above the ground.

What don't you like about it? I can always make changes, I just threw this together in a few minutes based on some ideas I had.
I c wut u did thar.
Still really liking your concept images
The design, doesn't seem... swamp-y enough. Darker wood, maybe incorporate leaves, netherbrick and netherfence
