I discovered this a while ago, but I just decided to post it.
All you need is a Sticky Piston, a Redstone Block, a Redstone Dust, a Redstone-conductive block, and 2 of any block a piece of Redstone Dust can be placed on.
Simple side view schematic (B = Redstone block, R = Redstone, P = S. Piston, C = Conductive block, A = Any block, O = Output)
PB O
CR A
- A
Immediately, it should start pulsing. I have confirmed this to work in MCPE, MC Console, and MC PC.
