This is in 1.9 incase this help.
/execute @e[type=Squid,name=BlowMe] ~ ~ ~ summon PrimedTnt ~ ~ ~ {Fuse:0}
If the entity has a space in its name, you'll need an extra command:
/scoreboard players tag @e[type=Squid] add blowMe {CustomName:"Blow Me"}
/execute @e[tag=blowMe] ~ ~ ~ summon PrimedTnt ~ ~ ~ {Fuse:0}
Thanks. And i believe that tnt by default has a fuse of 0, when summoned.
Fuse has a default value of 80, or 4 seconds.
Not when i summon it.
All PrimedTnt without a set Fuse tag will default to its default value which is 80.
