Thank you for this, the city Glowtopia of the server "Play.minecraft.dk", now uses this design in a combination lock.

at the end of the day, all locks are crackable.

Only real problem is that you can just break the buttons, put some levers in their place, and then flip them all to on. Wait a few seconds and then the door opens. I would recommend adding a pulse limiter to the inputs to prevent that from being abused. If you want an example of a pulse limiter that would work for this, just look at grisdale's link to his combo-lock, i posted a picture of a pulse limiter there that only triggers when the input toggles from on to off.

Here is the thing, THIS IS NOT A COMBO LOCK. this is an order sensitive PIN.

Combo locks are made with levels, A PIN is a button lock that requires you to push certain buttons in a SPECIFIC ORDER. So this has an UNLIMITED amount of combos, just depends on how many you build...

Edit: In case your wondering Im referring to that hilarious argument on page one, about how many possible combos this thing has...

It's a 1/16 chance, so not very protected, if it were case sensitive, then it's still only 1/72, which, of course, is more, but still easy to get in.

This is fantastic. I challenge you to modify it so it can be installed underground, with the input buttons aboveground where you need it.

I built one more compact and just as secure as this. I'll see if I can find it. Or possibly just rebuild it. Haha.
