I'm currently working on a item detection system, but, if you ever build one, you need hoppers. And i hate them! So i've tried to make one without hoppers, but i found a problem: a Dropper will drop an item randomly of the 9 slots in it, so, if in every slot are 2, umm, maybe redstone dust, after 2 times of using this mechanism it wouldn't work because one slot is empty. That means that any item could fit in the slot and can be used to activate the mechanism.
So, my Question is: Are there (if possible, cheap) items which cannot be "Dropped" by an dropper? If so, which?
hmm.. at first, thank you and second: is there a way to stop the "i am a dropper, i drop items randomly" problem? (damn, i so sorry for my english :/ )
Hello everyone!
Unfortunately there are not any items like that.
Just out of question, why do you hate hoppers so much?
hmm.. at first, thank you and second: is there a way to stop the "i am a dropper, i drop items randomly" problem? (damn, i so sorry for my english :/ )
