Before downloading these mods I am wondering if any of these mods might clash with each other. Also sorry in advance if I posted this in the wrong location.
Edit: I decided to check each individual mod and found out not all of them work for 1.7.10 which is what i'm running it on. (c̶r̶o̶s̶s̶)
Mods I am thinking of using for 1.7.10 (23 total)
-archimedes ships
-balkons weapons
-biomes o plenty
-castle defenders
-fast ladder
-growable ores
-inventory pets
-iron backpacks
-journeymaps
-kingdoms of the overworld
-mo' animals
-parachute
-quiverbow
-rope bridge
-still hungry
-mutant creatures
-iron furnaces (changed to better furnaces)
-grappling hook
-toomanyitems
-optifine
-infernal mobs
-cyan warrior swords
-aquaculture (not using because of mo' creatues)
-mini-bosses
-ant man
-little blocks
-emerald and obsidian armor and tools
-mythril
-wall jump
-moses
-kasslim mazes
-digital XP
-obsidian boat
-more food (using still hungry instead because of crashing reports)
-wintercraft (not using because of mo' creatures)
im thinking still hungry and more food might clash because of similar recipes but i have not checked if they add the same things or clashing recipes
also wintercraft and aquaculture with mo' creatures as mo' creatures adds some of the creatures that the other mods have
Load it all into a technic pack and try it there...I know that with my mod pack I had a little issue with biomes a plenty but thats probably due to my custom map
Add Minetweaker and Minetweaker Recipe Maker to solve any recipe conflicts. Run the recipe maker in game for the GUI to add/delete/change recipes. It will save a script file that the main Minetweaker will load when the game runs that will change the recipes.
If you're going to be running this on a server, there's no need for Optifine, that's client only.

With technic, you can make optifine server side in a way, just include optifine in the modpack that they download and it automatically loads for them. That's what I did and it worked. This also works with shaders and texture packs...
