Mcleaks is a website that gives/claims to give free Minecraft alt. I don't know if it is legitimate or not, but whatever it is, it is an obvious violation of Mojang's EULA. So will they do something about it?
Never have, never will. They get little kids with fake "exploits" for Minecraft which are RAT files that steal info. They'll always be sites like these popping up, the only way to stop it is to not download suspicious files, and spread the word.

Yes it is, but it's up to Minecraft to use the DMCA to deal with it. Otherwise, the user has limited choices such as the ones I listed in not downloading "free Minecraft exploits" and all that trash.

Why would they? It doesn't effect their funding, and has nil effect on their reputation as the compromised are barely a spec on the vast population the play Minecraft. It would be a waste of time, and funding to do so. Heck even doing anything may damage their sales as people will be alarmed to hear "Minecraft accounts being compromised, site leaking them". Rather ignore it, and not give it attention.
Welcome to how Corporations tend to work, Minecraft is run by on

On a side note, how do they even get their accounts. Do they trick people into entering their passwords?
