I can log into my minecraft account just fine, but when I try to log on to the mojang website to change my email and stuff of that nature, it asks me for my security question answers, which I don't have. You can always send them via email, right? Yes, but I don't have access to the email I created the account with because it was deleted somehow.
Basically, I don't know the answers to the security questions, I don't have my transaction ID, and the email I used to create the account was deleted.
Note: Do NOT send more than one at a time. It takes about 3 - 4 business days for Mojang to respond, and sending more than one only slows them down.
But can they help? I've tried contacting them before with a similar issue, and all they said was to contact skrill and tell them my transaction ID. And again, I don't have it.
Mojang are the ONLY people who can help with account issues, as they are the ONLY people with access to account information.
They require the transaction ID as that is unique to you and you alone prooving you own the account in question.
If they told you to contact Skrill to get your transaction ID then contact Skrill and they will help you get it back
