So yesterday I was doing a mod review on the Toon Town mod when I shot Elmer Fudd's rifle, it crashed the game, I've tried loading the world again it won't load without crashing minecraft, only that one world won't load though.

Hello, MrCookieBro!
I'm not entirely sure this will work, but try going into your "Toon Town" mod file, and deleting the file called "META-INF". I look at a video online and it said all it does is cause crashes, and it's not going to harm anything if you delete it.
EDIT: If it doesn't work, I'm sorry, but I don't know what will.
The instructions the above user stated will not help anything.
It seems like whatever you fired caused the world to crash, and whenever you load it, it causes it to instantly crash again.
Make sure you have the latest version of Forge for 1.7.10, and the latest version of the mod that is compatible with 1.7.10. If this bug persists even then, post on the mod's thread about the bug and I'm sure they can sort it out in a patch.

Okay. I know that you weren't trying to be rude, but the thing you said about the latest version of Forge or the mod doesn't do that much either. If he tried to use maybe a 1.7.4 version of Forge, but it's a 1.7.10 version of the mod, he would not be able to get past the launcher, so he would know if he had the wrong Forge/Mod version.
Okay, never mind. It's good advice. I tried doing the different mod and Forge versions, and it wouldn't let me into a world, but it did let me get past the launcher, so I'm sorry about the post. (The one that I crossed out.)
You can try using MCEdit to delete the "EntityBullet" entity that is causing the crash; to do so, open the world in MCEdit, which should center on the player, and you should see red boxes which are entities (click on the "Show" menu at the top and check "entities" if necessary), then select the area around it ("analyze" can confirm that you selected it and nothing else so you don't delete animals, paintings, etc) and click on "delete entities", then save.
You must be looking at the demo version on the front page of mcedit.net (which probably shouldn't be used anyway, only for demo use); you can download the full version here. (Windows, Linux, Mac, so OS doesn't matter either)
(that said, I have a very old version, 0.1.7.1, so I actually don't even know if the latest version has the same menus and stuff)
Also, it may be possible to remove the offending mod, but this will cause anything else associated with it to be lost, so you may want to make a backup beforehand unless you are sure you don't have stuff that you don't want to lose.
This is an issue with the entity that the Toon Town mod adding trying to call a method that does not exist. My opinion on what exactly caused the crash? You're trying to run a 1.7.2 mod on 1.7.10, mods are version specific, you need to listen to what the author tells you, if they say it works on 1.7.X, take it as it will work on any 1.7 version, if it's marked as 1.7.2, it will probably only work on 1.7.2.
Try deleting the mod and loading the world back up, should set the entity to null (ie remove it from the world).
