It still does, they think they can get away with it, just report them if you find one.

How do you report them?
Wait..... If a server gives benefits for things outside vanilla MC.... like Silk spawners and McMMO points for donations, then is that within the EULA since it's not a vanilla feature?
Um... So basically people can monetize servers if they call themselves "not Mojang" ?

" Nope, not dead....but like jade says...if you read the last paragraph...it basically says:
"Hey....everything up above are guidelines...but if you make it perfectly clear in your terms of services and agreement in your donor store that you are not a part of our company, have nothing to do with the mincraft or any parent/sister/child companies...then you are good to go".
And in our terms of services that you have to check-mark that you read, it states all of that in full. "

If you come to us with a suggestion for any one of our Games, that suggestion is made for free. This means we can use your suggestion in any way we want and we don‘t have to pay you for it. If you think you have a suggestion that we would be willing to pay you for, you must tell us you expect to be paid before you tell us the suggestion.
I'm not sure what that has to do with monetization immunity.
Whatever paragraph they are referring to, they are likely looking at the rules about merchandising and distributing mods for the game, not the rules about using their software.
What I see is big servers follow while small servers don't...
I've seen some fairly large servers get away with not following the EULA...Of course they aren't as big as mineplex or hypixel or anything but they are still quite large...

says you: OK, but swords, invincibility potions, and man-eating pigs are not. We want all players to be presented with the same gameplay features, whether they decide to pay or not. but why is desteria allowed to offer god armor and stuff with their donations? they also restrict certain gameplay features as well giving out commands
