204.) Never let anyone else use your computer and/or minecraft account without close supervision. Server admins may not care that it was your 11-year-old sister using your computer to empty every unlocked chest on the server.

209:don't make a creeper friend
210:don't go to the end and killing a enderdrangon with a wooden, stone, golden sword
211:don't be a noob and try to make coal weapons
216.) Don't get so wrapped up in digging out a vein of ore while caving that when you finally finish and exit the ore vein to return to the main cave tunnel...you have no idea which way is in and which way is out.
217.) Don't stop to dig out ore while caving right at the edge of the lit area when there's a dark turn in the tunnel right ahead. Creepers will wander out of the darkness and blast you while you're focused on digging out ore.

222: always carry wood with you. Raw wood better than planks (they take up less space because 1 wood = 4 planks). Especially when you're out mining. You might run out of tools or it might be too convenient to have ladders or you might have coal but no sticks for torches.

Might want to change that to "Never go outside without wood." After all, this is a list of what not to do in Minecraft. 224. Don't use singleplayer commands to spawn a giant.
225.) Don't just destroy water/lava source blocks that create watefalls/leaks in caves. Block them off with glass blocks so you can still see where they are, and they're still available for later collection or use. Especially if you're exploring/lighting a cave system near your base where you may someday want to build underground facilities through where the cave is.
