Endermen. I hate random moved blocks of stuff, like misplaced dirt, so much so that I set mobGriefing to false on the server I run. It doesn't help that it is up 24/7 with players coming and going so there is that much more time for endermen to mess with stuff.
I kind of like creepers. They add just enough challenge to the game to keep things interesting and make you watch your back. If only I could change the mobGriefing setting just for the endermen in vanilla Minecraft.
I also wouldn't mind if endermen only tried to move stuff to get to you after being provoked.
GHASTS.
Always ghasts.
I will never let the natural terrain of my world, even my underworld, be severely altered.
Ghasts blow through netherrack so easily, and I cannot stand for it.
Since Nether Brick is immune to the blasts, though, I plan on making a road to the Nether fortress out of it.
It depends one what situation your in, if your in the nether, than aghast
If your going on a midnight assault or building a house or mining, than creeper, if your low on health and the mob is out of reach, than skeleton
Ghasts. Not because of destroying blocks, but because of their sounds. And the fact that their hitbox is so strange, with needing to hit their stomach. If a ghast is below you, you are so screwed.
I actually kinda with they would buff endermen so their block moving was more dangerous. Would be cool if they could rip up your house and let other mobs in.
Spiders are fast, sure, but they can be outrun and easily killed. Creepers blow up your stuff, but you can always repair it (before Jeb improved the AI, creepers were easy to kill, too (hop up one level above, and whack away with your wooden sword).
Skeletons can whack you from a distance, and there's usually quite a few of the buggers out there. After a while, the arrows just get irritating. My deaths, on average, are usually skeleton-related.
Why aren't pigmen on here they may not have that much damage but the way they swarm you is just annoying and now that they pick up your gear they are way too over-powered in multi-player because one player makes them all agro. Not to mention the fact they have crappy drops.
But creepers really are the most annoying mob to me, lol. You can't hear them come up to you until it's too late. Just last week I lost my Hardcore game that I had for 3 weeks or so because was mining and suddenly I heard mutiple Shhhhhhs at once and then BAM BAM BAM (3 creepers? o_o) I was dead. xD I haven't even been in the mood to make another hardcore game since then, and it'll be a while until I do.
However since that's not an option it's tied between ghasts and creepers, but I don't live in the nether so I voted creepers, they've done much damage to my nice houses.
If you play a lot of multiplayer and mob arenas like me, you might realize that spiders are REALLY ANNOYING when a lag spike hits. Creepers, on the other hand, are easy to manage and useful for explosions to kill other mobs.

Yeah, I hate how they can lunge at you.

Pointing out fallacies to undermine an argument is also a fallacy...
I really hate skeletons because when you charge at them they shoot you and knock you back before they are in reach of you. Even worse, sometimes they spawn with armour or enchanted weapons. There was a time where I was fighting a skeleton and it turned out that he had a flame enchanted bow. They are sooo annoying.
Every mob is annoying in a different way, but creepers, those sneaky creepy creatures, are the most annoying mobs.

That and their crazy aim-bots.
Yeah, once I climbed a mountain, skele shot me.
Knockback caused me to take a massive amount of fall damage.
Shot me again.
