Make a reasonably to-scale replica of a base, stronghold, or something similar from a movie, book, anime, cartoon, whatever that you think is really awesome. Like how I want to make myself a tower of Orthanc someday.

When I get bored, I look up videos on youtube on things other people have made, or I go and check out random servers. I usually get inspired by what others have made, and then I wanna try to make something myself. Most of the time, I don't use references. I try to do everything in my head, and just build whatever comes to mind as I'm building.
If you want me to add something to the poll, just ask.
i usually expand my farms and farm food or start screwing around with noteblocks and redstone wiring if I get really bored.
