Retired StaffMainly this one. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=80246 It is near the bottom, Mob Spawner GUI.
If you need help installing mods, do a quick search or just look around the Mapping&Modding. You will find help.
Without this mod, I don't think you can change what the Spawners spawn.

Curse PremiumAlso a craft able spawners mod should do the trick if you don't want to cheat.
Else, you will have to build a spawn trap or whatever where the spanner occurs naturally.
You can use mcedit as well.
