Since the Minepedia does not allow instructions on how to build every little thing you come up with, I decided to create this.
It allows you to share constuction details for EVERYTHING. I will be adding the Hyperion series of designs to it in a few moments, you can add ANYTHING no matter how minor or how huge it is.
There are sample layouts for buildings, circuits, and cannons, If you do not use those layouts then it will likely be removed. You can, obviously add more details, like images and instructions.
I do like this idea, and will definitely keep checking it.
Unfortunately I haven't come up with any awesome-o-saurus ideas.. I haven't ever built a cannon and the only redstone circuits I have made aren't any more complex than swapping a railroad track or opening a door.
In fact, it wasn't until earlier today I figured out using redstone torches to extend a switches range beyond 15 units...
I think that redstone, cannon and building is kind of limiting. For example, I have a simple trap that I use that is like this:
This mine trap is not a building, nor a cannon, nor does it use redstone.....
Wouldn't the TNT fall to the floor in that one?
A pressure pad is linked to redstone circuitry, and can be used for the same thing many other redstone things can, so it is a redstone circuit.
Anyway, I can think of improvements, like having cacti placed in the correct positions around the TNT mine underground (And placed above some sand) so that when the player gets blown up, they also fall into cacti.
And about the categories overlapping, Grand is more expensive than elegant. You would pick the ancient category for some cave home or dirt hut, but the Greek theme for something that is truly Greek, with the stone pilers and everything.
