On creative, TNT doesn't blow up, although there are a lot of servers out there with custom physics that allow you to. (One such server software allowing this is MCZall)
(okay so in the quote you didn't say that but we get the point)
Yeah. I posted that a while back. I have matured. My keyboard is also quite sticky, so any typos are due to that. You made quite a few "gramaticul," errors yourself. Oh. I just noticed where I capitalised after a comma. Wow, I need to get out of the habit of capitalizing every 'I' I type.
To light tnt in classic creative, you have to be on a server with a plugin that allows fire. (MCStorm, MCZall, MCLawl, etc.) Type /fire and place it near the TNT. Some servers won't allow guests to use those commands, however.
Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink! Good luck.
Yeah on classic servers you can set off tnt and it will delete blocks around it rather "blowing them up". Wool blocks temporarily appear disappear almost like stop-animation and they are smoke.
nothing fancy needed! just use flint and steel as lighter, light the block directly and EXPLOSION
Ok obviously many people have never played MC classic, let alone play it. There is no legit way to light TNT in classic because the whole point of minecraft at that time was to build. All blocks in classic are for decoration Purposes only (except for sponge.) there, Problem solved.

You don't mess with dragons, or you might find yourself barbecued. Lightly toasted if you are lucky.

It can boil an egg at 30 paces. I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow. -The 10th Doctor
Obvious troll is... not obvious?
But you could always try buying the game. c:
All your squids belong to me
EDIT: To light it, you either have to buy the game, or go on a server that has plugins for it to be lit and blow up.
I'll get to that later
