Been playing for about a week. I built a world for my son to play in. It started with a simple tree house and kinda went crazy. Even built a Hello Neighbor replica house because he loves watching his favorite you tuber play it.
I boilt a huge underground tunnel system and also a rail system that goes along the water and through caves.
I don't know why, but I'm always so impressed when I see what people can do on mobile Minecraft versions. These are really great builds! Love the cantina too haha.
Thanks guys. Here is a picture of a village and some other structures I added. The map is getting pretty big. I hid chests with bows and arrows all over the map so when I switch to survival my son and I can have sniper battles.
I think it's cute that you've put so much work into this world for your son. Make sure you save it. ^^
For a new builder, you're not too bad either. But some things I find are a little too square. Especially the roofs. I think having a square house with a roof that's just stacked on top doesn't look too good. Such as in this picture:
The building on the right looks fine, and the two on the lower and upper left as also fine. But that building in the middle, with the stone bricks and just a layer of yellow right on top, doesn't look as good.
You have a pretty good idea of depth besides that though. In building, depth and dynamic shapes are the most important for your build to look interesting.
Really good job! there's definitely some areas where depth lacks a little bit, but overall this is really good for a beginner. I'm excited to see what you start to build as you gain more experience, as you've made some pretty good stuff with little experience. Keep building and challenging yourself, you definitely have some talent.
Woah! I'm blown away at building of this skill. You have some serious talent, especially considering you just started playing not too long ago. Awesome job on the world! There's also a few cool things you can do with redstone, might wanna look into that and have a few contraptions here and there to make the world a bit livelier. Although, I might just be saying that since I work with redstone and command blocks 24/7, so I might be a little biased here
Thanks guys. I was good with logic gates in college so I'm looking forward to doing some things with redstone. The cool thing is that my kid is interested in it. I don't think people realize there is engineering involved in Minecraft. I sure didn't.

I post pretty rarely nowadays. Gosh, I wish this place weren't so... empty...

My son really likes tree houses and roller coasters. He's almost four so he'll ask me to build them in random places, so that's what we have here.

Challenge excepted

wow your builds are good for a beginner! I like your building style, and even though it's simple it's somewhat inspiring. Keep building!
