If you're asking when should the xbox catch up to where the PC is NOW, I'd say 6 months to a year.
If you're asking when should the xbox and PC versions ever be the same, I'd say they can't.... simply because the PC version keeps spawning updates and the xbox is trying to hit a moving target.
Isn't the real questions: * Why should they be the same? They're already "different". Shouldn't each version take advantage of their respective platforms? * Can they ever be the same? Two completely different platforms. There may come a point where the xbox just can't do what the PC can (and vice versa!).
