How can i import 3d Armor model in minecraft Texure Pack? (if it works)
You can't. Worn armor is currently entity-like, and thus uses a hardcoded model still because the devs haven't worked everything out to make it possible.
The closest you can get right now is non-armor 3D helmets, like pumpkins worn on the head or 3D items if commands are used to wear an item, like:
/replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.head bucket
Note, the display of models worn on the head can be modifier using the 'head' display type.
