I did glow stone. I'm planning on adding an animation of each stone changing shades but I want some feed back and fresh eyes to spot any tiling issues before I animate it.

I can perfectly see straight lines in that texture forming a grid (it seems I forgot how to post images here, so here you have the link to the picture with lines highlighted): https://imgur.com/a/FWe6H
I tried putting custom villager sounds into my pack, but Minecraft seems to crash every time one is meant to play.
This is the error I get:
[13:23:17] [Thread-6/ERROR]: Error in class 'CodecJOrbis'
[13:23:17] [Thread-6/ERROR]: Ogg header not recognized in method 'readHeader'.
[13:23:17] [Thread-6/ERROR]: Error in class 'CodecJOrbis'
[13:23:17] [Thread-6/ERROR]: Error reading the header
Other packs with custom villager sounds work fine for me.
The sounds were created by renaming .wav files, if that matters. They play fine outside of Minecraft.

Renaming or re-encoding? You can't just rename audio file extensions.
Also can you upload the sound files somewhere and give a download link? For testing purposes.

Before 1.6.1 (snapshot 13w16a to be exact) all music files (music discs) were encoded .mus format & the sounds were endcoded .ogg format. In snapshot 13w16a made ALL sound files now stored in .ogg files. So the .wav files will not work. Unless there was an updated where it changed that it wont work. (Even the wiki says it is still .ogg files)
I saw that on the front page. It's only been announced for MCPE and Win 10 edition, so not a big plus to regular Java Minecraft players. I thought it would be a great addition to resource packs. But something more realistic I could see in the future is finally having entity models that you can edit.

Well from how I understand it, it will allow you to change their behaviors OR the texture of the mob & what it is wearing. It is basically adding texture pack support & how mob's behavior works. Both which PC Minecraft has. It is basically just catching up to PC Minecraft. Which is good, but it doesn't have the ability to have you change a mob's look based on its abilities.

No, renamed as in I took a .wav and changed the filetype to .ogg by renaming it. I'll try properly exporting them as .ogg tomorrow though, just in case

Oh, that never is a good idea, because some file use different codex's in the file. Use the wrong one & it will be corrupted or be damage... or just not play at all.

I believe it IS also coming to java ed, just not right away...
I'm wondering how they'll interact with resource packs...

Yeah, I tried properly exporting the files instead of just renaming, and now they work fine

Radiant Pixels - Vibrant, Colorful and Eye-Pleasing Resource Pack
Well it looks like you were trying to do a beehive texture of some sort. They are to closely grouped together.
But other than that there is no tiling issue that I can see right away. (It is 6:28 am for me, so I probably can't see a lot in general)
With that really strong specular highlight, it doesn't look like it is glowing-- it looks like a bright light is shining on it.

That wount work. You have to convert it to .ogg not just rename wav to ogg, thats not how it works.
Oh my! to the content announced for 1.11. A lot of things to texture!

Finished terrain.png for my 32x pack.
(Ignore fire and lava, they are animated separately)

Fun with CTM and block models
@Goodlyay
Lovely work! Everything looks great and they work together. I love the soft, smooth feel that the blocks have. Can't wait to see more from you
@Drazile
Very creative stuff. Love the use of CTM. I've never seen CTM for mushrooms before, it's really cool!
