ok.. S&K missing over half of minecraft textures. I thought there was files named wrong so I checked.. And I noticed theres almost no textures at all.. why dont you just say that its "beta" or something.... Unless lower qualitys have all texutres and 512 doesnt. But I only go with the highest number.
I am not the maker of S&K, this pack is still in developement (many textures are missing for the moment) by SavageStyle and all packs contain the same textures. If not, contact SavageStyle. My addons are not in beta, they support all blocks available in S&K.
I do have some bugs/questions though. My setup is optifine 1.10.2 with Continuum 1.2.2 PBR. I seem to be getting artifacts with Specular enabled, especially during sunsets in shadowy areas. It looks like someone threw lots of glitter around. It is especially visible with Cyberghostde's HD Texture Pack.
Also, while moving, I get an effect that looks like heavy grain from POM. I would think it is temporal aliasing. The only thing affecting it seems to be render quality. But if I turn that up sufficiently (2x) I cannot get to 15 fps

Continuum PBR is more like a showcase for PBR and still have many bugs, a new shader will come (for the moment still in developement) with less bugs and also a better quality.
I know about the "heavy grain" with POM enabled, I will have to see if the Continuum team know a method to fix that. MIP MAP fix this problem but when POM is enabled it have no effect, a fix for the moment is to up the render resolution but it have an huge impact on the framerate unfortunatly. I think that I cn reduce this effect with some modification on my textures but I have to experiment.
Will I be able to see your normal maps with mip mapping?
I don't create shaders but I will update my R3D Craft addons soon with less noise on grass, sand and clay. And then other addons if I can fix the noise when POM is enabled on CGO and S&K.

BM-POM is here to add bump mapping and parallax occlusion mapping on blocks (fake shadows and 3D effects) and PBR adds reflections on blocks.
If you want all effects download both, if you want only one them them you can download one. However, read the instructions, everything is explained to install these packs.

I am not sure what you mean by "all the resource packs together" but the picture is only here to show you in which order you have to load the packs.

You can use all of them if them come from different resource packs, but I don't think you can mix S&K 512x with S&K PBR 64x and S&K BM-POM 128x, you will certainly have no result. However, I never tried this.
The noise is definitely much better. Supersampling the effect helps, maybe if the shader was capable of supersampling just the POM effect, it wouldn't kill performance as much as setting the whole shader at 2x. Temporal AA should also help greatly. I already made a request for the Optifine team to replace the shitty FXAA, CMAA would be a good candidate for Minecraft imho.
Lastly, it would really help if the effect was compatible with mip mapping. Isn't it feasible to create mip maps of POMs?

Follow the instructions. You also need a good GPU to run the shaders.
