The only way I see a difference is by opening it and looking at the textures themselves. In-game it looks exactly like the default from any distance greater than a meter. When you can't tell the difference when not rubbing your face against a block, that means the pack fails to deliver a unique experience.
More to the point, I'm guessing you don't have Mojang's permission to redistribute their textures. Running a filter over them doesn't make them yours any more than increasing the bass on the latest Miley Cyrus song suddenly makes that your work. Do yourself a favor and ask a moderator to remove this (report your own post) before someone reports it for texture theft. Please be a good person and do the right thing.
