I have a love - hate relationship with this pack, its so nice and fresh and punches me in the face at the same time (in a sort of good way)
Lets see, the sand i love how it tiles in every direction, but the dark color is too dark and makes it look strange and not like natural sand, also the iron ore is close to being un-seeable! Oh and some textures are broken,fences and prismarine to name a few. titles screen rocks, also you left the color palette on the bow, but it looks kinda funky on the skeles, like they have a shoulder plate (maybe that's what you wanted but i don't know) and the inconsistencies with diamond, the ore and storage cube are white but the tools are well, blue, also all the tools + bow look like reskins on the default.
Im gona mess around with it for a little bit and see what its like
Oh, and you thought i forgot about your grass. its so cool with the multi layers and all but the noise is waaa-aaaay to high, flying up and looking into the distance make the grass look like a noise map. i suggest just making that top layer of grass a tad big darker
Vines look too cartoony in comparison too the rest of the pack.

For the sand I'm thinking of reverting it to an older colour (images on page 2 of this thread).
I realised the iron ore was a trouble when I started playing survival and missing almost every ore vein.
The colour palette was an accidental leave. As for tools, they are all place holders because they're used a lot in survival and it bothered me to see default.
I'll darken the lightest green in the grass and see what happens.
And finally the vines in the pack are different than the new un uploaded texture. They did look cartoonish and I changed them, Everything is pending for a larger update.
There will be an update shortly, things to include:
Less contrasted blocks
Warmer stone colours
MCPatcher support (glass CTM, betterskies, customcolours)
Also look out for ambient ocean and bird sounds to be snuck into some sound files for immersion.
1.9 will have entity models, here's the first one I'm rolling out.
The boats will turn into sail boats, currently working on the texture map for it. This will probably be the most advanced model because UV maps get confusing. This boat has most of the parts of a sail boat, I omitted a jib so it could be easier to see in front.
Iron and Diamond rapiers as swords. Diamond tools and weapons will include partial transparency as visible in the attachment. Diamond ore and items will be white based instead of the classic blue.
DL should be a Curse widget, identical to my signature. It shows up for me when I load the thread and clicking downloads the pack. Could be a load error.
