I have created a Texture pack/Resource pack installer written in VBScript for pretty much all the versions of Minecraft that support them. Keep in mind that the Texture Pack/Resource Pack must be supported by that version of Minecraft.

Instructions

Run the program

Select Resource Pack or Texture Pack

Find the .zip file

Wait for it to say successfully moved
Download: Here (for plain VBS file) or Here (for EXE file)
Rollback Post to Revision RollBack

Yeah there is no reason for this.

I almost forgot this isn't in the right section it should be in Minecraft Tools.
