you need to take the folder out of the zipped file and put it in your texture pack folder.

the picture is supposed to a .gif, its not working, i dont know why.

I would suggest using mediafire, and post your folder as a .zip, not a .rar.
Can you animate any texture or is it only the ones you have done. If so can you explain what is the text in the notepad file does so I can do it myself

People who don't see pictures on the topic here may think you're giving them a virus, why not put them on the topic here, and also try using Medifire or Filedropper for the texture pack download.
