Maybe you could vary the time the glass glass panes flash, right now my whole house flashes at once.
Oh boy, how I would LOVE to be able to do this, the ENDLESS possibilities(no, seriously) Unfortunately, the glass block, glass pane and beacon are all tied to the same texture. You can test this by placing them next to eachother, the textures might be flipped(depending on your orientation) but they are still the same. To get the different blocks to have different textures, one of two things would have to change, either blocks randomly choose different textures in the default game, or through optifine/MCPatcher by forcing the blocks to choose random textures. Both of these are non-existant atm...MUCH to my dismay. If you feel the texture is over bearing, open the texture pack and edit the glass.txt file. Any line that starts with 0 is the blank frame(no shimmer) Just make 0*<this> number to a larger one to get the animation to take longer to activate.
Hope that helps! And if you want one of the previous features added, bug the optifine guy! I would LOVE random animated textures.
To make the glass house not flash at once:
- make CTM properties for glass, method = random, use different animated tiles with different flash sequence/period.
Whew, that was a fun week of vacation. I managed to get several textures done before Vaca, but not quite enough for an update. Vegitation is the focus right now, so I bet some of you will be overjoyed at this update. Sometime this week!

Mossy cobble slowly transforms into a creeper(or mob related)-like face.
Would enhance the tension when you find a dungeon and see tons of mob-like blocks.

Cute idea, but it's outside the realms of this texture pack. Not only does it not fit the vanilla scheme, it also makes no sense xD Unless cobblestone were to somehow recieve a new recipe dealing with magic, I doubt this one will do. Keep on with the ideas though, I like them very much!
Leaves are done, grass is...not...Haven't even tried grass yet, not sure how it will go. Unless you mean tall grass, and in that case: Done.

This feature is only possible in vanilla minecraft since version 1.5! So I'm sure a lot of folks don't know about it. Tell your friends ^^
