Installation:
So you downloaded it, but don't know how to install it. It's simple:
1. Take the downloaded .zip file, and place it in your texture-packs directory. This can be found at /.minecraft/texturepacks.
2. To get the full experience, you'll need to download and run the MCPatcher HD fix. For best results, be sure to enable at least the Connected Textures, Custom Colors and Better Glass options!
Changelog:
This is the history of Mosaica HD, as it is made!

November 7, 2012: Emergency update to correct hi-res CTM files in lower-resolution packs.
December 31, 2012: New banner!
December 31, 2012: Update to 1.1, items.png, amor textures, and several tweaks added
Credits:
I have to give credit for this pack where it's due. Big kudos to: Mojang - for making Minecraft, of course! Kahr - for his excellent MCPatcher HD fix, without which much of this pack's features would be impossible. The kindly folk over at the Texture Artist's Union, for all manner of assistance and advice throughout the process!
And finally YOU - for downloading and trying this pack!

Simple pack styled, but made into a nice pack. Well done!
Kind of off topic, but did you make that sword in your avatar? I saw that sword awhile ago, and was waiting to see a pack made by you, out of curiosity, if nothing else.

Yes, I did. And in fact, it's pulled straight from files for this pack, so you'll be able to use it, eventually.
Aw sweet, you finally released it. Don't have time to check right now, but the dirt and cobble (maybe some other like blocks) don't tile well in that there are straight lines where pieces don't connect to the other side of the texture. And maybe some ctm or something on the logs too.

Edit: Aww man
Anyway, great Work Jeff, been following it since you announced you where making a tex pack.
Can't wait to download it!
Looks a bit too much like Sphax though imo.
It's nothing like Sphax, aside from being awesome.
Yeah I can agree that it's nothing like Sphax. Sphax is mostly made up of pentagons which this is not.
I just realized after uploading the pack that I forgot to scale down the standard ctm.png for the lower res versions. Oops.
The issue has been rectified, and there should be no problem now. Enjoy the pack!
Fixed.

That's for a future update, though...

Yes. The items are probably the next thing on my to-do list.
