Bu bu bu but... I loved the original cobble look :o(except it was too blue)
so will you continue to update the textures for other blocks you didn't make a texture for?(like pistons)
And with it some important changes. Grass looks ALOT better now and I've changed the cobble to something new, still blue sorry. I think I'll be changing the cobble in every release because I don't see myself ever being happy with it. I'll probably experiment with a more desaturated look for the cobble in the next release. I also got some of the the other important textures in like the crafting bench and furnace plus some other random bits. Check out the change log for all the details.
The way sunlight and shadows work has drastically become more vibrant. Sun is brighter and shadows a lot bluer with a vibrant pink line separating the two. Because shadows are now very blue I can probably experiment with a greyer smoothstone whilst leaving the cool colour palette that I want for underground.
Added an alternative terrain.png file in the 'alts' folder which has the old cobble, mossy cobble and pavement sides for those that preferred that look. Simply copy the terrain.png file that's in the alts folder and overwrite the main terrain.png that you first see upon opening the .zip file.
Saw this texture pack a long time ago with in the unbelievable shaders mod, and I am soooo happy that you finnaly released it!
I love the cartoonish look of the texture pack and the bright colors.

Thank you. I always felt that minecraft was such a, hmmm, playful game. Not the best describing word for a game but I mean it was something for all ages and was a just a bit of fun. Never taking itself seriously like say strategy games or shooters. I've just always thought that the visuals could probably convey this feeling better then how it looks in vanilla minecraft. I still have a long way to go but I feel like I'm going the right direction.
The thing about this pack I like is that if you don't pay much attention, you can barely notice it. That means you don't have to re-learn the stages of wheat (that always kills me), you don't have to re-learn items, you just enjoy the new, more colourful, Minecraft.

Kickstarter for what could be the game I'm looking forwards to more than any other:
I simply love this pack, the cobblestone looks so amazing, especially in that beautiful blue hue, and I am in love with that stone brick! It makes mine look so unrealistic, and mine is 64x! Well done, very well done sir!

Thanks a lot guys. Your comments really do mean a lot to me.
I find it so funny that people seem to either really like the blue cobble or really dislike it. I'll keep playing with it in the future to see if I can't find some good middle ground. I may just end up having 2 versions available for download. We shall see.

Haha, items and wheat are still the default textures. I will get around to changing those and make you relearn them all over again, sorry.

...But that's just my opinion.
