Trees are antennae-like things...or...whatever structures they have. It's the future, who knows.
Creepers are nuclear-powered!
Even simple NPC huts look awesome.
The Nether. Pigmen are obsolete relics from the war on humanity.

Now, as for the WIP part of this whole thing... The terrain.png and items are completely finished.
I am still working on the mobs, and that is where I have an issue, particularly with the enderman and spider textures, and I think most of you know what I am talking about. For those who don't, they glow white when I try to edit the eye textures. I have been searching around for solutions and nothing seems to be working for me.
I want to change the birch and pine colors, but apparently that is impossible as of right now.
Also, I want to edit the water, lava, portal and fire textures but I can't figure out how to do that. Oh, and the void/sky, if that is possible. Any suggestions?
When I'm finished the 16x textures, I want to work on 32x, to challenge myself and make it look even better.

Just a guess here... But the issue may lie in the fact that you completely erased the texture. Alternatively, it could be a scaling thing (Aka maybe MC doesen't support HD glow textures)

AFAIK You can change the color of the End sky (either tunnel.png or particlefield in misc), but not the Overworld sky/ and void.

Go check this pack. Notice the "custom_water" etc textures. Can't help you anymore than that though.

This has a really cool feel to it. I like what you did with the mobs so far. As for the endermen, Did you add transparency? I haven't worked with endermeneyes.png before but it seems like it should work. If not, it may not support HD textures I guess.

Right well changing the biome colors to white does eliminate MOST biome colors, with the exception of the swamp biome. When the biome colors are all white, it turns into a lavender-y color. I guess that lavender is just kind of hardcoded in there. Stupid swamps.

Hmm... Have you tried using the new HD Patcher? It has an option to override the swamps (New colors). I know for sure it works for swamps, AND you could have different colored water (Various kinds of oil, tar, or whatever maybe)
