Is this 3d models pack supposed to be working?
+ i have some other questions:
Why are the ctm and the basic shader files have the same link?
Do you think it would be a good idea to fix the normal maps (there are a lot of weird ones like grass side) and make normal maps for the ctm textures too where it's possible? And where it's not possible, just keep the basic textures with normal maps?
Is there an alternative netherack? I love this resource pack but I can't stand the netherrack.
What, you don't like intestines? Everybody has them!
I don't think I've seen one amongst the alt textures, but there's nothing wrong with just swapping out the textures you don't like. Or just delete it and the default texture will fill it's place.

Using latest versions of both the pack and the game.
Looks like you've got "alternate textures" on, many of Ovo's textures do not tile well when rotated.
I'm not sure about the glass CTM though, check the folder for the correct files.

I don't really belong in this forum, but I wanted to let you guys know that I've taken a few of your textures from here (for personal use only) to use. I love seeing people making alternatives and discussing aspects of each texture, because it allows me to find lots of little 'goodies' to use in my own game, which are composed of many texture packs mixed and matched together.
For example, I don't know which rose bush you ended up choosing, but I grabbed the pink-colored-flowers version and trimmed the base and used it as my peony bush. (I didn't like how it had such a blocky shape, because it seemed less plant-like/natural to me. Maybe a trimmed hedge would look that way. So I just deleted pixels off the bottom to make to have a tapered shape as it connects to the ground.) But I've kept it as my peony bush for quite a long time because it's neutral design fits into almost any pack, and it's prettier than the vanilla, but still recognizable.
That's just one example. I was wondering if there is a good wiki-like website dedicated to texture packs, where people would center conversations around each item or category of items. (instead of whole projects) I am hoping at long-term team like you guys might know. (very desperately hoping)
I am still waiting for someone to create a website for minecraft texture packs that works like desktop icon sites, where the site is designed for you to browse/search/download whole packs AND individual icon files. Right now, everything is designed around whole packs, and many sites even discourage or disallow packs that are not "complete". Why is a mini-pack considered so bad by everyone? I'd love to just browse everyone's different styles of clocks, for example. Or what about doing a search like: texture = "zombie/pigman/skeleton/husk" + keyword = "steampunk" to browse themed textures that could fit on any of those mobs. How about: texture = "door" + keywords = "winter, Christmas"? You could get a whole set of beautiful doors to make your game just a little festive, without having to change all the blocks you're used to. There are so many similar styles, I think even people that require everything to match would still be able to mix'n'match successfully.
...There still isn't a site like that, right?
You'd think I could just use Google to browse Minecraft textures, but I dare you to try it. General searches are pages of the same junk that leads nowhere and specific searches for just images of the png file name give little results.
And, yes, I've seen "Painterly".
I know I've already got your Ovos project pack, but is there a place where you keep all your "alternate" or "questionable" or "canceled" texture files? The ones people made, but ultimately were not used? I'd love to browse them without reading through the entire forum.
I'd like to request permission to use some of the textures on my modpack's main menu. I'm using Custom Main Menu to customize the look of my menu, and want to use some of the item sprites for it.
The modpack name is Tradewinds, and is hosted on Technic. The modpack is not currently released, but will eventually be public. The textures will be part of a 'flattened' image, not individual texture files. I'm not using these textures as part of a texture/resource pack, just as part of an overall image for the MC main menu.
Here's a sample, so you know what I'm talking about:
We need new artists it appears, I'm traveling a lot because of work, but I will try to get on and make a a list of what's needed for New textures, and some updated textures. I'm a bad artist so there's not much I can do but update the classic and transparent GUIs and the pack zips. Hopefully we can get some more people who would be willing to contribute to the pack.
So I have created an updated list of missing textures for 1.12/1.13. I cant update the OP at this time because the account it is made with, I cant currently access, but hopefully, il be able to fix that soon. I'm going to work on updating the Classic/transparent UIs for 1.12/1.13.
I'm super excited to hear the pack might be getting updated to 1.12/1.13! I used it years ago and recently jumped back into MC and no other pack compares... Really hope to see this pack keep continuing on!

Can anyone make like a cobble gui for the chests? That would be awesome. I already got the horse and craftingtable but I just can't figure out how to do the chest one.
Sorry for the long wait in replying to your comment, I've been busy myself and haven't had time to check back on this post until now.
To make sure I understand what you're asking, do you mean you want the chest GUI to have the cobblestone texture as the background, instead of the stonebrick I think it was?
Sadly alot of the artists that have been updating this pack are no longer around. If we can find more community members again to continue updating this pack then sure.
Anybody is welcome to add textures and try to fill in the blanks we have, whether or not they will be accepted will be seen....I've been doing some small changes to the mod support items I've been working on, but very rarely have free time to work on textures anymore sadly.
I will add what I can when I can, but don't expect much to come from me alone.
So, this is the second time I try to post this. I decided to try and make some glazed terracotta textures, and only purple's done so far. I think there's a screenshot with this, but either this website or my internet is completely screwed up right now.
And, yeah, I don't quite know what's up with this website, and I'm unsure of whether or not much of that sent. Is there some kind of alternate place where I can submit these?

Sometimes new versions of Optifine breaks CTM. Like when capitals letters in the filenames/configs caused it to break.

There's the "vault" but it hasn't been maintained much, in a long time.

I understand completely. I am surprised to even get a response. Thank you.

Edit: Yeah, the screenshot will not upload, so...
Oh, and concrete, even though it's horrible.

you could upload them to imgur if you wanted to

Well, here's the textures and screenshots.
Thanks for the Imgur suggestion, as uploading them there was worlds less broken.
