why don't you just include the non-logo one as an alternate? That way, if someone didn't want it, they could just change it!
Also, could you give me a link to your friend Rayzliik's pack? You suggested that we check it out, but there's no link.:sad.gif:
Heh, did you read the OP, man? it is included as an alternate now, if you read the changelog. And as for Rayziik's 32x....here it is, check it out and leave him a comment if you can.
could you make a 256X256 version? because that would be so awesome that it would be worth putting up with adfly for! (just make sure that when you click "skip ad," that it downloads it then and there.)

Hmmmm...maybe. But you shouldn't expect anything that large anytime soon, simply because of the ridiculous amount of detail that each block would demand. Also, I actually have some difficulty running anything above 128x.
As for Ad.fly, I've promised never to use it for my textures and I never will. There are other, better ways to make some cash. It just seems like it'd be an extra annoyance for any followers.
But thanks for the interest, though! I hope you can enjoy the edition that is currently available.

thanks for Rayzliik's pack, and I found the alternate sun! (ALT/sun_gr.png) I'm probably not replacing the moon, but what is that funky logo? (I might not replace it because it looks kinda cool. Somewhat Yin-Yang-ish)

It's the logo for a band called Dream Theater, one of my favorites. Sort of a tribute to them.

I understand. It probably is pretty tough to make HD textures...
GREAT philosophy in adfly, but the 5 seconds that it takes to skip the ad is often shorter than MediaFire's "Processing Download Request". On that topic, could you include a direct DL link? it would be infinitely handy, plus, if I ever lost this page, and wanted to find it again, I could just go to downloads, right-click on your zip, and click "go to download page".
last, but not least: I will enjoy this incredible pack for what it is, and not un-enjoy it for what it's not. 64X64 is plenty fine for me. (though 256X256 really impresses when done right... I will definitely put it in either my signature or my about me page if you ever make it.)

Thanks for all the support. If I ever find a good direct DL, I'll post it ASAP.
And don't rule out a higher-def pack in the future, hehehehe....

I have found that I rather enjoy doing hi-res work. drfrozenfire and I are collaborating on a pack right now and I am drawing all my textures at 2048x and then downsizing. The effect is fantastic.

Well, if 64x counts as 'high-res', then I also enjoy it very much, although it's really more of a comfort zone for me, that and 32 (although I prefer 64x much more). I've been learning much from other high res artists here like you, drfrozenfire, Proloe, and aageon (no longer here, sadly). When my skills reach the proper point, then 128x will be a new goal. But for now, it is just slightly out of reach.
I don't get it mate, that's not really a direct link, it takes me to the same page as with the ordinary download.

Well, technically, in minecraft terms, anything higher than 16x is high res. I have now worked in 128x, 32x, and 2048x and I am not sure what my favorite is. 32x is much faster for me, but the detail that can be managed with higher resolutions is astounding.
I haven't yet worked in 64x. hmmm... to bad I have too many projects as is.

I love the texture; it's very well done. I'm just not too sure as to what the theme is. Other than that though, it's amazing, and deserves more attention.

Actually, I've had ideas for a new project for a while, that I've neglected to indulge. When I install the new Optifine, I can tweak it a bit and perhaps even release my first preview...

Thank you for that, appleslinky. There is no theme at all that I had in mind...just 'Minecraft' with occasional strangeness.
This texture pack is... uh... er... I like the wood... Very nice Weather were having in minecraftia.

here's a good one: Paragon Hjälte (it's the one from the MediaFire page. tested it out, it works.)

I really would like for people to post their screenshots of whatever, It'd be awesome.

I have a direct DL site: github! I rember seeing everyone that didn't use mediafire use some other site, but I couldn't put my finger on it until now!

Technically, the pack will be 512x. I resize the textures.
