I can halp you with some of those there textures if you want. What are you going to do for the portal gun? Also i would suggest different wools for corrupt cores and double chest for GLaDOS.. Just a thought. XD

Good idea with GLaDOS, but I think I will use the wool for different purposes. I will post a list of things I will probably do. My aim is to completely redo the terrain.png.
Oh, and the portal gun? Not in the texture pack, although I may redo the mod's images.
I can help you with the buttons if you tell me what to do. Maybe you could make them like the menu buttons in portal 2... actually i wonder if using a .gif would work. Also you need to update you text to credit me and say the other things that are diffrent.

GIF's wont work (because Minecraft looks for a terrain.png [or whatever] not terrain.*) and I want the buttons completely redone. I will try making my own buttons like the Portal 2 menu buttons.

GENERATION 23: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation.
Idea get! Reskin the buttons as the little red thingos on the the buttons in portal 2.
Also what are you going to use for the other cores?
And one more idea, maybe dispenser shoots out laser? You know the thermal discouragement beams...
a) The button texture is grabbed from the stone texture (I have had the same idea)
:cool.gif: The other cores won't be in the texture pack
c) Dispensers shoot whatever item is in them, but I could have arrows as thermal discouragement beamd

3.also you can make some colored wool the old aperture science textures
4.maybe you could make some other types of blocks into support beam texture like in old aperture
5.make paintings portal 2 warning signs and old aperture signs
6.wood could be old aperture wood
7.can make one painting cave johnson
8.you could make lava look like the acid in portal 2
9.I would say the chests shouldnt be GLaDOS and Space core it should probably be aperture science employee desks
10. ores can look like personality cores EXAMPLE wheatley could be a diamond

I'm making a mod (really just a title replacement) that it Portal 2 themed (it does have some references to Portal). Will put up a download link when I finish it && can be bothered putting up a download link.

You should make portals incandescent particle fields, and torches the florescent lights from portal 2, diamond block=companion cube. Maybe ores are personality spheres with corresponding eye color.
great job on the pack, love it.
I am thinking of making up to two Portal 2 texturepacks (one for general Portal 2 and one for the co-op trailer made in Minecraft I might do) and am wondering whether anyone would like to donate textures or give any tips. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

ooh, you could make mine cart tracks un-stationary scaffolds. and pistons can be panels from portal 2.
