This is probably one of the best - if not the best - texture pack I've used in a while. I will definitely continue to use it for a while. My only suggestion is to make an alternate pumpkin/melon seeds texture that doesn't look like books. I'm not sure if that is on purpose or temporary but its kind of weird in my opinion.

Never-mind about the pumpkin seeds I see you are using other texture packs for the items anyway. Still the most amazing texture pack ever.

Good news.
I've started work on a 1.5 compatibility release. This will still basically just be blocks. I'm going to make the stone seamless, and am changing the ores around so they are more usefull in creative, but I'll try and make them work for survival as well (ie. coal ore is now black marble).
Item's and interface will not be included, just don't have the time to develop those.
This looks like an amazing pack.
But... I'm not sure if you've heard, but there's an unstitcher which can do the 1.5 conversion for you.
I've started there, but I haven't done a release since 1.2, so there are a lot of things missing. Although it will probably never be a complete pack, just don't have the time to go about creating vegetation/items/armor. Mostly just block textures and the essentials like doors and chests.

As another texture pack artist, let me tell you... blocks are the most time consuming part. I just recently got around to doing items, and tools took me forever since mine are insanely complex, but the rest of the item textures, i started on a few expecting to do maybe 1 or 2, i got 14 done in about an hour, at 64x, and my pack is hugely detailed. Items go faster than you think.
I really liked using this pack back in 1.2, i'd really like to see it completed one day.
Been too busy playing Diablo 3, neglecting Minecraft a little.

Too late for that unfortunately. How about a 1.4 update once it comes out? Please.

Updated a bunch of items. I've also more or less nuked the last vestiges of my of my crazy colorful wool textures, replaced with usable sci-fi pieces.
