While trying to keep faithful to the original Minecraft I'm also trying to support both popular and requested mods. If you use a mod and would like to see it supported and it's NOT ON THIS LIST please post with a link.

It's fine for people to use stuff from the Faithful 32x32 pack so long as guidelines bellow are followed.
Things that are fine:
- Use as placeholders.
- Using as many textures as you've made yourself.
- Using the items or paintings.
- Use as base for mod textures.
Requirements:
- Give clear credit.
- Link back to the Faithful 32x32 thread.
- Be honest about what you are using.
- No money making links.
On remix/tweaked packs:
- Let's Players can share a modified copy with fans.
- Adventure map makers can provide modified copy to go along with it.
If either of the above apply:
- You must distribute through YouTube video descriptions or your series'/map's forum topic and not create a separate thread for the pack.
- To avoid people uploading a video just so they can upload a copy of the pack Let's Players must have a decent number of videos that use the pack and a decent number of subscribers.
Finally:
- If I decide I don't want you using stuff from the pack then that is final. This will only be the case in unusual circumstances.
- These guidelines can be changed at any time.
Since no one has commented yet, I like this texture pack. Maybe a few more screenshots would be nice.
I like it because it is not like the other texture packs, It's different. Most other texture packs are crazy and don't have the original Minecraft feel, where as this one still has the Minecraft feel, but has a little 'touch' to it.
I got around to doing all the items on items.png and here they are:
I'm not completely happy with the wheat and I haven't tested all the items in game but I'm tired of working on it for today and it's so close to being finished that I figure I might as well upload. As a bonus I also have preliminary versions of the particles and the sign texture:
Thoughts?

well someone needed to do this. I love having higher res textures, but I don't like having to put up with artists' weird ideas and departures. This is perfect for having higher res, without changing the color scheme of whatever we build from how it looks with default. Don't have any criticisms at the moment, but I really like the idea and the execution seems fine at first glance
[*:12ps4ger]Download texture pack RARZIP
[*:12ps4ger]Delete contents of .minecraft/bin
[*:12ps4ger]Run Minecraft.exe and let it download a clean copy of all the files
[*:12ps4ger]Download The latest patcher from here
[*:12ps4ger]Patch using these settings:
[*:12ps4ger]Open .minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar with WinRAR
[*:12ps4ger]Open faithful32pack.zip / .rar and select all contained files and folders
[*:12ps4ger]Drag selected files and folders into the opened minecraft.jar
[*:12ps4ger]Close it and it should be ready to go

looks awesome i really like the idea of making the orignial textures better its like high resolution mod nice!
keep working on this and also upload it as a pack not just downloading pictures..
thx and sorry for bad english..
This looks great. I'm of the opinion that Minecraft looks best with 32x32 textures and this is a great way to keep that original Minecraft look without having to settle with a 16x16 texture.
ahh i was wishing someone would make a higher res version of the original skin! I was hoping for 64x coz thats what i normally use, can anyone tell me, if i am patched for a 64x skin and install this 32xskin without re-patching or anything, will it still show up OK?

Curse PremiumJust looks like i screw something. Water and lava are not animated and fire is just purple and red box saying "FIRE TEX" or something like that.
I have messed around with HD patchers before, but i have restored original minecraft.jar and applied pack here.

Use it and it'll work...
