I proudly introduce after many hours of tedious coding...
Overview
This program is designed to take the guess work out of commands! It has an idiot-proof design that prevents a user from filling information not needed for that command as well as arranging the information in the way it's required. It also has easy to read options and formats them in the way the command needs it!
This can be used with pre-1.7(snapshots) but it was designed with 1.7 in mind, meaning give commands will use the actual item name instead of the item id and things like the /setblock and /testforblock commands will obviously not work in pre-1.7(snapshots) versions of minecraft.
Features
All Commands (Few omitted due to the main use for the application)
Enabling options only available to the selected command
NBT Data Editor
Saving and Loading NBT templates
Premade NBT Templates
Scoreboard editor
Easy to understand potion effect and enchantment options
Data counter for things like colored wool, hardened clay and wooden planks
And more!
Virus Scans
I ensure that I only create virus free applications! But to be loyal to you here are some virus scans to put your mind at ease Zip Scan
Changelog Version 0.2
- Added color picker for things like fireworks and Leather armor
- Added an auto updater!
- Added a selector option to target for things like @p[r=10,rm=3]
- Fixed a few commands adding un-needed spaces in the generated command causing it to not work
- Added a NBT Tag Data Template for a falling sand entity.
Version 0.1
- Release
Auto-Updater/Donating
The auto updater was added in version 0.2 to ease updating the app. You may still come to here to download the newest version which will include new, updated nbt templates as well as supporting me with the use of adf.ly. If you wish you can support me further by donating to my paypal any amount would be appreciated and will help in the developing of further updates and new applications

You could figure it all out by hand but I have been working with the new data value editor since they came out and It takes some time and I still havent figured it all out.

I know but it's really useful for quick command generating without having to start over from scratch. Tbh it started off as a personal tool because I was lazy and didn't want to remember all the values/how they are ordered in the command. For instance the items/blocks and all the scoreboard commands. With this app I literally just input the values I want and it generate it for me

nice
but why can't you change the data value when summoning a falling sand entity ?
which vanilla commands didn't you add ? and could you add them ? just to make it complete.
could you add something like that:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1987494-windows-minecraft-color-picker-for-commandblockscolored-leatherfireworksetc/
could you add this to target selection: @a[x=100,y=60,z=-80,r=40] @p[r=40,rm=10] @a[team=!Miner123,team=!Blocker] @a[score_Tore_min=1,score_Tore=5] ...
In terms of vanilla commands not added were mostly the MP only commands like /ban /kick as well the /achievement give command as there would be no real use for it in terms of mapmaking.
I can easily add the color picker. But what do you mean add the bracket checking commands to target selection? Like for scoreboard or flat out in the target selector?
Also the data for a falling sand entity is not the flat out data number, that's for block like wool or stained clay, it's a NBT tag, in the next version I can add a NBT Tag template for changing a falling sand entity to something else
ok thx
what i meant about target selection is for example "/say Hi @a [m=1,r=50]" this would(should) say hi to all players with creative mode in an area of 50 blocks http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Command_Block#Arguments
Oh ok, and a couple notes about the color picker just so you know, the color data will only apply to fireworks and leather armor as the color codes for item names and lore and such uses the § character which isn't allowed in any of the command lines and requires the use of an nbt editor or mcedit unfortunately /: but I'll add the target selection and it will be available in the next release

I am having trouble. I cannot find the box that lets you add in what it is that you are summoning and/or giving. Also, add in Riding template.
Other than that, GREAT! UP'ed.
Any of the group titles that are blue indicate something in that group of options is used. And as for making mobs ride each other that is in the NBT Tag Data editor

I was planning on making a tutorial video upon the next update. Also I'm figuring out way to reduce the size height-wise to make it more compatible with lower res screens. Expect that too next update.
Why nothing works for XP... I hate why they don't release the next version of .NET for it :'(
I'll look into possibly lowering the .NET framework version to keep it compatible with XP I just have to know which is the latest version of .NET released for XP. Is it 3.5?

Just a quick update on the progress on the new version. It will contain a style menu where you can choose from 2 themes, the original theme and a dark theme. Also, in the styles menu, there will be a setting to make the window smaller for monitors with smaller resolutions which adds a scroll bar to scroll through the entire application. The tellraw generator is almost complete, just a few more things to work out.
Also been drawing up some new designs for the app, as it looks clunky and cluttered. Looking at some other command generators I see they are all on windows 8 (hipsters lol) and as much as I dislike W8, it has a nice UI. I might be making a complete custom UI soon that would look cleaner and less cluttered. Anyways that's it for now. You can expect the next update in roughly a week or sooner.
P.S.
To anyone who is concerned about the app size being too big for their screen, The small style for the application will put the app at 834x700. Again the scroll bar will allow for full use of the application with the small style.

Actually the latest version of .NET should be available for XP. Are you running XP with Service Pack 2 or 3? If so then download the latest .net from here.

Supported Operating System
Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows XP
The Windows Installer 4.5 redistributable can be installed on Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, and Windows Server 2008 in X86, X64 and IA64 flavors.

Yeah, but it might actually be only for 64 bit?
The error is:
C:\Documents and Settings\******\Desktop\Minecraft Command Generator 0.2\Minecraft Command Generator 0.2\MinecraftCommandGenerator.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
And my computer says:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

Love This thing, keep up the work.
P.S. Testforblock doesn't work with NBT tags, it just comes out as "Block at X Y Z does not have the require NBT keys"

That's not a command, that's a MCedit filter.
