It says on the top of his thread that some things may not be working correctly so some time will be needed. Or you can try injecting it into the .jar file and try that.

Hello, I'm currently adding the few mods I have, (or those that have been update) one of which is SuperFlat++ and prior to using the launcher it seemed to work fine but after I added it to the list it says there are 2 errors. My question is, can I see these errors without testing a launch/ are these errors just conflicting files within the .jar.
Thank you for your time to anyone who can assist me

First of all you need a Clean jar for Magic launcher to work properly. I believe that when it says 2 errors, it means that there are 2 files in other mods that are overwriting the ones in the mod that says 2 errors. This means that the mod (that says 2 errors) might work properly. If it doesn't, try re arranging the order of the mods in magic launcher. Just make sure that Modloader is at the top, then ModloaderMP, then Forge, and then optifine if you have it. If any of your mods mention that it must be installed AFTER/BELOW another mod, make sure that it is below the required mod. (ex. mod X needs to be installed before mod Y). To install it in magic launcher, your mods should look like this:
Modloader.zip
ModloaderMP.zip
Forge.zip
Optifine.zip
(other mods)
mod X.zip
mod Y.zip
(more mods)
(you may not have all of the mods I listed like ModloaderMP and Optifine)
Overall, to test if the mods aren't working right, you can use the Test button. You may want to test the mods features if you don't get a crash log just in case. If a patch (ex. PlayerAPI for SPC patch) says that it has errors (ex 14 errors), It usually won't affect anything.
I deleted my .minecraft folder to start a new logged in with the magic launcher and got this
*** MagicMinecraftLauncher 0.9.8 ***
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.client.Minecraft
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(Unknown Source)
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at magic.launcher.Launcher.main(Unknown Source)
EDIT: fixed that and no matter where I place the mod in the list it shows 2 errors, it isnt an important mod I can live without it.
Make sure you launch minecraft first and get the jars before launching with magic launcher. Then in the minecraft folder create 2 folders. One called mods and one called mods_other. Put all your mods you have collected while still in their zip files in mods_other so it is easy to arrange and turn them on or off as needed. Put the mod ModLoader at the top of the list.
This is how mine looks at the moment. Make sure you do a forced update though just MineCraft itself to get a clean jar file before opening up MagicLauncher.

When ever I use Magic Launcher, my FPS goes way down, even when I run it without any mods. I have already tried raising the amount of RAM it can use in the advanced section, but nothing gets better. Is there any way to fix this?
i'm having problems with magic launcher when i try to add NEI add on plugin it's say "no mods found" and also my achievements reset every day so is this happening to anyone ?

I'd like to say that I am too having the same problem when running Minecraft with Magic Launcher.
I used to launch the game via .bat file with the arguments -Xmx4096m -Xms2048m. The game allocates 4gb and use 2gb. No problems or whatsoever. FPS is 40+ every time.
When I run via Magic Launcher, the game appears to allocate and use the same quantity of RAM I've setted (4gb). I don't know if that's the problem, but after some seconds the game becomes rather unplayble, as my fps drops to ~15.

LOWER the amount of RAM you allocate. Try no more than 512 MB. If that works, try 256 MB.
Great program, I have just one request, is it possible to disable the news, or to select a default tab? Some news tabs take awhile to load, and as a result temporally freezes the program while doing so. When working on my maps I sometimes have to launch this program multiple times, and it gets real distracting to have that pause.
how do i change the positon of the jar fle ?
because i wanted one with and one without mods (normal exe) ?
is it posssible ?
1) Do not install mods directly into the .jar, use this, I suggest.
2) It's rather easy.

Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?

If you want to have a jar file that you have loaded things into, create a folder called Jar_backup then another folder inside of that one named whatever you want and copy and paste the original clean .jar into it.
After that goto the advanced window in ML and hit the New button and give your configuration a name and then in the Copy From list select - and hit okay. When back in the Advanced window hit Select at the right and browse to the folder you created for that setup.
Whenever you want your certain setup just choose from the Configuration list and the proper jar will be selected.
Quick question - I can't seem to tick the 'full screen' option. 'Maximized' works fine - but just can't seem to get the 'full screen' box to tick. Am I doing something stupid?
Cheers.
Doesn't work for me either, might be bugged. Unless I just don't know what I'm doing.....

hit this link and donate to optifine yayayayayayayay
If you do have problems most problems can be fixed by putting the mods in the right order

What can i do?
That's because you're installing modloader 1.2.5 onto a 1.3.1 .jar or vice versa.
1) Do not install mods directly into the .jar, use this, I suggest.
2) It's rather easy.
Click the options button on the main window and there is a news option you can check off.
