[TOOL] MC Downgrader - The Time Machine for Minecraft!

  • #103
I know you want to keep your forum going etc, etc, but I don't want to sign up for an account on a forum I'm frankly never going to use. Sorry, but it's the truth.

And saying 'you don't have to use it' isn't going to do anything. These people want to support your tool by downloading it, and you're just saying that? Rant over.
Y'arr, I'm now a pirate. The powers of the imagination never cease to amaze me.

Rant heard. My new solution is not perfect but it will do... You have to register to view direct links.

When ever I use this it says "Patched Failed... Please Check Log." and then when ever I go onto Minecraft it gets stuck on the "Done Loading" screen. help.

awesome gonna get lots of downloads because of ijevin
  • #107
Hey for some reason I can't get Alpha version 1.2.6 and Beta 1.2_01 and it said in the log that the minecraft.patch was missing and the reason for that being when I try to get one of those versions, the minecraft.patch vanishes and it won't let me patch my minecraft because of it ._.

Where can we get the server software for stuff like alpha? :smile.gif:

I'm not really intending to support servers, sorry. You can try using old builds of hMod or Bukkit .... It's just that it's harder to archive servers.

  • #113
Really loving this tool, currently Im at alpha 1.1.0 and mobs still have no sound, I know it´s probably got nothing to do with the jar but if anyone knows a way to fix this I would really appreciate it.

I added Infdev, it'll be hard to get Indev because the leaked builds are not stable.

I am giving access to both my own forum, private server and my property (hardwork and effort). You disrespect me for trying to keep both of it up. Though I do admit that paying $30 may be not for you, but it is a lot for someone like me; not only that I am taking time out of my own vacation time updating this software. The least you could've done is say thanks on my forum and politely criticize the way I have everything setup.

I did. You banned me; or one of your staff banned me. I removed the links in good faith and had my post here be a simple criticism until that point.

If you want to turn this into a civil and calm discussion, I'd be more than willing to continue it over PM or something like that, but my attempt to do so via your forum went unanswered after you banned me.

Are you by any chance have two windows of MCD open? That error shouldn't occur at all.

You should see log.txt where MCD is located. If you can post it here, this can help me out a bit more as to understand why this is happening.
