I put it on mediafire if thats alright with the OP. I was having a ton of trouble downloading it from the link in the first post. (Noticed it was adding some other url in front of the mirrors - irritating)
Um... I downloaded it from the link and I don't know what to open it or run it with. Then, I downloaded it from one of the comments and it was run with WinRar automatically but I don't know which file to open plz help or make a video on the installation.
This is the best release I have seen by far.. But I think you need to include a little bit more instructions on how to use it.. Also a button to Delete the selected mod? I am looking forward to the next revision you release.
I'm not totally sure about everything it can do, and haven't really tried it out yet, but it is an amazing idea!
First off, here are some things that would be cool to implement;
A "backup" button - Creates a backup of your entire minecraft folder and puts it in a new folder (in the installation directory) named "backup"
An undo button - Somehow have the program create a very quick backup before installing a mod. For instance, it could make a direct backup of the Minecraft.jar right before it places those files and saves it as something else (such as MinecraftBU01.jar in another location). After it installs the file and you launch the game to find it not working, you can hit the undo, and it will restore it to the latest backup. The reason it would be called "MinecraftBU01.jar" is so that the next time you install a mod, it would be called "MinecraftBU02" allowing you to undo multiple times. Not sure how you could do a redo button, possibly in the same manner I suppose.
A button to install the latest version of modloader or at least send you to the forum topic.
A "run minecraft" button - Basically, it just starts the game, couldn't be too hard.
Maybe a way to store readmes? Not sure how it could be done.
Maybe even an uninstall button, though I feel like that would be very hard to create.
And a Check for Updates button, still unsure of how that would work if it is just feeding off of the forum topic.
Anyways, this is an Awesome idea! Maximum internets to you!
