The original project was started the 21st of May 2014 from the content that we wanted to add.
Originally made only for our server, I'm going to make it public, being the mod developer.
MESSAGE BOARD
[October 30, 2014] - I'm currently using other mods' textures as placeholders, that is why I'm not yet releasing this mod into the section of "finished" mods.
[May 11, 2015] - I'll be under the name of "Nothing Relevant Entertainment Software" probably for the rest of this project's lifespan. This small group is a game development team in Facebook only, and I'm helping them gain audience by releasing this mod under their name, because I am one of their developers as well. I might also release a mod regarding their game and I'll try to keep it as canon as possible.
[June 6, 2015] - The mod will now require "Sattro Libraries" to be loaded on version v0.8. This is the following update after a huge refactor from the old v0.7

Crafting Duplicator - it is a specialized crafting table designed to double its output. It is craftable with either ice or packed ice.
Ore Duplicator - it is a special block that generates random ore or copies if an ore type is above it. It needs to be powered with redstone to be used, but also has a random chance of blowing up when used. Right click the block to use its function.
Enchanted Bookshelf - it is a bookshelf which gives out XP at random rates.
Sugar Block - a re-implementation of Sugar Biome mod. Currently bugged when being placed.
Barrier - taken from 1.8 except the texture is a bedrock
Chocolate Cake - a compliment to the original Cake!
Slime Block (not shown) - a re-implementation of 1.8's slime block. Not yet fully functional.

OVERVIEW

The most common mineral in the mod, can be found between levels 0-64. It features a complete set of tools and armor as well. It is also used in recipes for Schwarz Prototype Weaponry.
2. Stanfiel/Stanfield* [scheduled to be replaced]

A type of metal which attracts any form of electricity. Can be obtained by re-smelting iron ingots. It only features a tool set due to the story line being followed. Also used in recipes for Schwarz Prototype Weaponry.
3. Machalite
-Armor Points: 30/20 (yes, it's over the limit)
-Damage Points: +9
-Durability: 1768
A very durable gem, composed of the compressed lava within the nether. This is even rarer than diamond because it can only be found at levels 0-32 in the nether. It is one of the two powerful item sets within this mod. It is a defense-oriented material.
4. RS Glass
-Armor Points: N/A
-Damage Points: +6
-Durability: 384
A type of refined glass, coming in four varieties: Raw, Hardened, Glowing and Phase, as seen in order at the top of the row. Raw is the form when you obtained it from glass and redstone; Hardened is crafted from its raw form with Silver, Stanfiel and Iron, used in this item set as an ingredient; Glowing is to craft lanterns, and the Phase Glass to craft the Phaseblade from Schwarz Prototype Weaponry.
5. Adamantite* [scheduled to be renamed and retextured]

It is the Overworld counterpart of Machalite. Originally called Adamantium, this mineral can be found only on levels 0-32. This material has been formed after many years of compression and aging, and has developed hardness that was once as durable as iron. This is an offense-oriented material.

Commands
1."/playexternalsound" [Play External Soundfile]
This command allows you to play external media files located in ".minecraft\mods\Lyonlancer5_Mods\sounds" without having to register it within the JAR file. The file formats supported are Ogg Vorbis (ogg/oga), Wave (wav), MIDI Sequence (mid/midi), AIFF, AU and MP3new!.
Sub-commands:
/playexternalsound play to play the file. If another file is playing, it will stop the currently playing file and run the newer one.
/playexternalsound stop to stop the currently playing file. Be careful, do not use again when already stopped.
/playexternalsound help or /playexternalsound ? displays the help message.
/playexternalsound dir displays the absolute directory on where you should put the sound files. If you're OS supports a desktop GUI, it will open the System Explorer.
The command can be used even if you're not an OP. Will be probably configurable in the next build.
2. "/ctcs"

This command allows you to connect to my proprietary chat servers, which have yet to go online. This command is pretty useful when playing in single player and want to talk to someone also connected to the server.
I will try my best to have a port of this to IRC as well, because of the recent changes in software specifications. Meanwhile, I will also try to release the server application as well. The username used is your in-game username, but I will try to add a function to have set a custom username.

This version is the last of its kind. I have only uploaded this as a special request from someone who had remained still in Minecraft version 1.6.4. This should not be used in a good world save as it has known glitches from the backport which may accumulate while playing with this version! Also, this version is NO LONGER SUPPORTED in bug reports, and I will not answer issues with the 1.6.4 version anymore.

It is the underlying mod of Perfect Steel which most parts I have yet to implement.
This is an inspiration from the many mods our close Minecraft Movie Maker Johnelakisasaki has. His mod collection is somewhere around 50+, but those mods are only popular on the Japanese forums, according to my experience.
This is the underlying mod which defines the "Weapons" tag of the parent mod.

Item 737 - Old Hope [Auto Rifle] Deals 32 points of damage per shot, has 720 uses
Item 738 - Glass Blade [Sword] [Non-craftable/Creative]Deals 250 damage with criss-cross lightning 128 blocks starting from the player. Heals the player, sets the hunger bar max and gives its user 512 points of "absorption" which can grant invincibility, even from more or less 50 blocks worth of fall damage.
Item 744 - Phaseblade [Sword] Hits every hostile entity within a 24 block radius with 10 points of damage.
Item 745 - Scarlette [Sword/Projectile|NYI] Deals 9 damage with fire aspect when hit. Deals unblockable 4 damage with fire aspect when thrown.
Item 746 - TS_Rara [Sword|NYI] Inspired from Touhou Items Mod version 2.60 from 1.6.4. Does almost the same thing as "Icicle Sword" except for its "ice box". Currently being recoded.

Item 762 - DMF 11.5 Plus [Auto Rifle|NYI] Same as item 756 except it deals unblockable/magic damage. Holds 62 bullets only. If Touhou Items mod is installed, consumes "Shot Material" to reload itself.
Item 776 - Book Blade [Sword] Grants a random max-level enchantment per hit. Max levels possible are: "Sharpness 127, Knockback 127 and Unbreaking 127". If it hits max-level and it breaks, the user is flung up 200 blocks from current position.
Item 782 - Naki-Kido Silver Bow [Bow] Has two modes: "Default" and "Carnage". Default fires 12 arrows at the cost of only one. Carnage mode makes the arrow explode on-contact with anything.
Item 783 - Naki-Kido Stanfiel Bow [Bow|NYI] Improved version of Item 782, has four modes: "Rimfire", "Carnage", "Follow" and "Rage". Rimfire mode is equivalent to default, except fires 14 arrows for one. Carnage mode is same. Follow mode is homing arrow, while Rage mode is an explosive homing arrow.

Item 939 - Monic Sence [Sword] Opposite of Glass Blade. One hit KOs the hit entity and heals the user depending on how much damage was dealt. When using a dual-wielding mod [Battlegear 2], do NOT equip Glass Blade and this sword at the same time, unless you want to commit suicide and turn your base or the enemy's base into vapor. Yes, this sword can drastically damage the terrain. Now work in progress.
Schwarz Cards:
1. Grimoire of Aki
This is in a form of a book. It features a portable crafting table and a work-in-progress enchanting table when used on a block. When activated normally, it features the effects of Voltage Spark and Arrow Rain, except the radius is reduced and the arrows evaporate on contact, but still do magic damage. This book has 32 uses, which is still under change. This consumes redstone to recharge.
2. Calamity Fortune
This card has two modes: when you're not sneaking, it will generate an explosion with a random power level (between 0-6) on each entity within your 24 block radius; and when you are sneaking, it will generate an explosion on your position with a dangerously high random power level (between 0-512) without causing damage to you, but damages the terrain, so use wisely!
3. Arrow Rain
This card features the effect of "Anti Personnel Mine" in More Explosives, except the arrows used in here will explode on contact with the ground. Ideal for carpet bombing an area without doing any terrain damage!
4. Voltage Spark
This card features almost the same thing Glass Blade does, except it hits entities instead of criss-cross lightning on the ground. Ideal for charging creepers and wiping out mobs not resistant to fire!
5. DiggeRex
This card features a re-implementation of More Explosives's "Tunneling Explosive", but instead of only having one direction, it applies the explosion to all 6 directions (Up, down, north, south, east and west). Ideal for creative-only use as it breaks bedrock and does not drop any items anymore.
6. Heavy Metal
This card... one of my favorites! It lets down a rain of anvils on nearby entities within a radius of 24 blocks.
7. E=MC Version 0
Short for "Exception! Minecraft", it is a joke feature, cannot be seen in creative inventory but can be obtained via the "give" command, if you know the ID name. Once used, it exits the server it was running on.
After working on this mod for a very long time already, I'm finally proud to announce that this mod is nearing completion! After the release of the newest build (which IS going to be another HUGE update), I think it will be about time to officially release it to the completed mods section!
Note: I have NOT tested this yet in multiplayer environments and dedicated servers. Once I get majority of its elements in place, I will try doing a test-run in a dedicated server.
Also, most of the textures are almost complete... (singlehandedly, Caffeine Bullet Time tho)
Another reason on why this project has been created in the first place:
Some of our original members have mods which have died/not updated since this version. Also, I've been taking up requests of working on "dead" [including "dead WIP"] mods and applying their ideas to this mod. Don't worry, once I have fully released it, I'm putting up the big list of credits in which I got all these ideas from. Also, I only did the ideas which we're not copyrighted, and this mod is under WTFPL 2, so do what you want with it. Go to the repo if you want to do some coding.

After having accessibility issues to this thread for weeks, I am here again to announce another build! It has been three builds since I last updated here, and there have been major revisions in the code and textures alike. See first post for the download link
There is already build 12 on the way because this mod is still under continued addition mode. I have also fixed some bugs along the way, at least those being reported at our group.
I don't have the resources yet to record another video, so I'm limited to screencaps and the like.
Alright! Build 12 has been released. I will once again reiterate that I haven't tested this mod yet in dedicated servers, so whoever made a test already may post here a report of whether it was successful in start-up, usage and shutdown. Generally, this mod only gets minor updates now that there is a framework of items already here. This will make sure I don't make irreversible errors within this mod, and any major update will need to be re-made to fit the current trend unless it is really needed

Late announcement. Build 13 has been released to finally have a workaround that MP3 limitation. Also, I've introduced the new logo and metadata to the mod, so I'm sure the descriptions of the mod has finally become complete. *version bumped from v0.5 to v0.6.
I will try to make a 1.8 update once I have returned from my self-imposed "vacation from modding" and will upload to the GitHub if it actually succeeds! This mod has come a long way from just being a copycat "weapons and armor" mod to something that is becoming an almost original concept!

A pre-release has been issued! This pre-release was posted because of some of its fixes in the previous version. Finally, it features something of interest, a new work-in-progress chat system of mine! Once I get the server to run, all that users have to do to connect to it is do a "/ctcs setaddress <server address> <port number>" and a "/ctcs connect" and it will let them connect to the chat server!
I will try to release the server jar file so you guys can host your private chat rooms as well, but if you want to join on a public chat, well, I'll give the address and port as soon as the server is online. This system is very primitive though, so use at your own risk and skill level :3
Edit: Once I release v0.7 fully, I'll try to make the textures again, instead of using placeholders

It is the Overworld counterpart of Machalite. Originally called Adamantium, this mineral can be found only on levels 0-32. This material has been formed after many years of compression and aging, and has developed hardness that was once as durable as iron. This is an offense-oriented material.

Commands
1. "/playexternalsound" [Play External Soundfile]
This command allows you to play external media files located in ".minecraft\mods\Lyonlancer5_Mods\sounds" without having to register it within the JAR file. The file formats supported are Ogg Vorbis (ogg/oga), Wave (wav), MIDI Sequence (mid/midi), AIFF, AU and MP3new!.
Sub-commands:
The command can be used even if you're not an OP. Will be probably configurable in the next build.
2. "/ctcs"

This command allows you to connect to my proprietary chat servers, which have yet to go online. This command is pretty useful when playing in single player and want to talk to someone also connected to the server.
I will try my best to have a port of this to IRC as well, because of the recent changes in software specifications. Meanwhile, I will also try to release the server application as well. The username used is your in-game username, but I will try to add a function to have set a custom username.

This version is the last of its kind. I have only uploaded this as a special request from someone who had remained still in Minecraft version 1.6.4. Schwarz Cards:
1. Grimoire of Aki
This is in a form of a book. It features a portable crafting table and a work-in-progress enchanting table when used on a block. When activated normally, it features the effects of Voltage Spark and Arrow Rain, except the radius is reduced and the arrows evaporate on contact, but still do magic damage. This book has 32 uses, which is still under change. This consumes redstone to recharge.
2. Calamity Fortune
This card has two modes: when you're not sneaking, it will generate an explosion with a random power level (between 0-6) on each entity within your 24 block radius; and when you are sneaking, it will generate an explosion on your position with a dangerously high random power level (between 0-512) without causing damage to you, but damages the terrain, so use wisely!
3. Arrow Rain
This card features the effect of "Anti Personnel Mine" in More Explosives, except the arrows used in here will explode on contact with the ground. Ideal for carpet bombing an area without doing any terrain damage!
4. Voltage Spark
This card features almost the same thing Glass Blade does, except it hits entities instead of criss-cross lightning on the ground. Ideal for charging creepers and wiping out mobs not resistant to fire!
5. DiggeRex
This card features a re-implementation of More Explosives's "Tunneling Explosive", but instead of only having one direction, it applies the explosion to all 6 directions (Up, down, north, south, east and west). Ideal for creative-only use as it breaks bedrock and does not drop any items anymore.
6. Heavy Metal
This card... one of my favorites! It lets down a rain of anvils on nearby entities within a radius of 24 blocks.
7. E=MC Version 0
Short for "Exception! Minecraft", it is a joke feature, cannot be seen in creative inventory but can be obtained via the "give" command, if you know the ID name. Once used, it exits the server it was running on.

After working on this mod for a very long time already, I'm finally proud to announce that this mod is nearing completion! After the release of the newest build (which IS going to be another HUGE update), I think it will be about time to officially release it to the completed mods section!
Note: I have NOT tested this yet in multiplayer environments and dedicated servers. Once I get majority of its elements in place, I will try doing a test-run in a dedicated server.
Also, most of the textures are almost complete... (singlehandedly, Caffeine Bullet Time tho)
Another reason on why this project has been created in the first place:
Some of our original members have mods which have died/not updated since this version. Also, I've been taking up requests of working on "dead" [including "dead WIP"] mods and applying their ideas to this mod. Don't worry, once I have fully released it, I'm putting up the big list of credits in which I got all these ideas from. Also, I only did the ideas which we're not copyrighted, and this mod is under WTFPL 2, so do what you want with it. Go to the repo if you want to do some coding.

After having accessibility issues to this thread for weeks, I am here again to announce another build! It has been three builds since I last updated here, and there have been major revisions in the code and textures alike. See first post for the download link
There is already build 12 on the way because this mod is still under continued addition mode. I have also fixed some bugs along the way, at least those being reported at our group.
I don't have the resources yet to record another video, so I'm limited to screencaps and the like.

Alright! Build 12 has been released. I will once again reiterate that I haven't tested this mod yet in dedicated servers, so whoever made a test already may post here a report of whether it was successful in start-up, usage and shutdown. Generally, this mod only gets minor updates now that there is a framework of items already here. This will make sure I don't make irreversible errors within this mod, and any major update will need to be re-made to fit the current trend unless it is really needed

Late announcement. Build 13 has been released to finally have a workaround that MP3 limitation. Also, I've introduced the new logo and metadata to the mod, so I'm sure the descriptions of the mod has finally become complete. *version bumped from v0.5 to v0.6.
I will try to make a 1.8 update once I have returned from my self-imposed "vacation from modding" and will upload to the GitHub if it actually succeeds! This mod has come a long way from just being a copycat "weapons and armor" mod to something that is becoming an almost original concept!

A pre-release has been issued! This pre-release was posted because of some of its fixes in the previous version. Finally, it features something of interest, a new work-in-progress chat system of mine! Once I get the server to run, all that users have to do to connect to it is do a "/ctcs setaddress <server address> <port number>" and a "/ctcs connect" and it will let them connect to the chat server!
I will try to release the server jar file so you guys can host your private chat rooms as well, but if you want to join on a public chat, well, I'll give the address and port as soon as the server is online. This system is very primitive though, so use at your own risk and skill level :3
Edit: Once I release v0.7 fully, I'll try to make the textures again, instead of using placeholders
