Thaumcarpentry is capability of a thaumaturgist to observe aspects in carpentry objects. A practitioner of thaumcarpentry is a thaumcarpenter.
This is what this mod is all about - retrieving items, blocks and entities from Carpenter's Blocks and registers extra aspects through Thaumcraft API.
To install, please kindly make sure you have Java 7 or above. It does save me efforts on code migration. After that, install Forge, Thaumcraft and Carpenter's Blocks. Finally, place the jar downloaded into the 'mods' directory.
Permission for modpack usage is granted automatically as long as you have the corresponding permissions for Thaumcraft and Carpenter's Blocks.
Mineshopper for the official consent for the use of Carpenter's Blocks Azanor for Thaumcraft API
Teddwa (The Fakemon in my avatar) belongs to ReallyDarkAndWindie and that is used with permission from him.

This is an awesome mod! I enjoy both Carpenter's Blocks and Thaumcraft, so this really helps to integrate them. Does anyone know if there are similar aspect-adding plugins for other mods? Biomes O' Plenty, Twilight Forest, BiblioCraft, things like that.
Awesome thing you got here I'd recommend staying in java 6 though, for a small mod like this there's not much you'd use it for.
I think you are right. But as well as I don't have JRE 6 on my computer, I can't actually test for it. So I think it would be better if I just tell you to use Java 7 or above.

Java 7 is on release 71 right now and Java 8 is now a thing, honestly everyone should be on Java7 by now. I can't really see any reason to be using Java 6 given how out of date/insecure it is now.
Vanilla minecraft uses Java 6, so it's only logical.
I was wondering if I may use this in my modpack? I stumbled across this mod a few weeks ago, and really like it.
If modpack permissions are generally granted, might I suggest updating the original post with the information so you don't have to answer each person individually?

Maybe tainted overlay or warded carpenter's blocks? Still thinking about it.
I would like to know it too if there is one.
