If you want to prevent your golem from putting the things it has crafted into the golem's workbench, try filling the slots of the workbench that aren't taken up by crafting ingredients with other things (e.g., cobblestone, as that has no relation to paper). Depending on what you're crafting, a simple solution like this is often the best solution.
Also in what way does making books require five tables? One for paper, and the other for books. Use alchemy to make leather from rotten flesh, and there you go.
Sugarcane to paper. Cotton to string. Logs to planks. Logs to planks then sticks. Sticks and planks to Tinker's Construct patterns. Patterns, string and paper to books. Completely renewable, infinite books. Even if I used your setup, I would need a mobspawner setup and an alchemy setup just to make leather. It's just as much work. More in fact, since the wood used to make the patterns are also made into crafting tables to burn down using crafting tables into fabrico.
And although the fetter would definitely work, I would need a tallybox and redstone logic for each workbench. A simple Order Workbench upgrade would solve this issue completely without all this fuss, which is why I'm suggesting it.

Sorry for the double post ;;
But with what your saying, they won't be able to craft anything. I can't have them pass to the next inventory since they will infinitely fill that one up, and I can't have them keep it to themselves if they are to use more than one recipe since they will fill up on one of the components or the final product and be unable to finish.
A request: I have no idea how difficult it would be, but would it be possible for you to make some of the redcrystal components multipart compatible? It'd be really nice, since it would allow you to hide remote comparators and such inside walls. Big plus.
I don't have any concrete plans except that I'd like to improve the Inventarium in 1.7.10. I've become quite busy recently and updating for 1.8/1.9 is a large undertaking, so don't expect anything for TC5 for a while. Perhaps not until after TC5 has golems, and then some. I haven't even had time to play around in the beta.
If everyone seems to want to skip to 1.9, that sounds better than doing 1.8 and 1.9. The prospect of two updates... well, it makes me wonder if my time is better spent creating one of the non-addon mods I've had kicking around in my head.
For the Thaumostatic Spire, is the maximum 6 Thaumostatic Pylons + the Thaumostatic Controller, or is it 5 Thaumostatic Pylons + the Controller? The Thaumonomicon says "no benefit is gained after the structure's sixth pylon), but I feel like that's a bit ambiguous since a pylon is used to make the controller. Does the controller count as a pylon?
Thanks, another question: how much juice can a jar of enchanter's concentrate hold? I've got a jar with about 600 XP in it right now, and visually, it doesn't seem to be filling the jar much at all. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if a single warded jar can just hold a LOT of XP.

Had an idea to help the Inventarium not take up so much space.
Matter-Compression Monolith
A block that can hold up to 2,147,483,647 (integer maximum) of 256 different types of items (think of it sort of like a stationary version of TT's Black Hole Ring). The catch is, the items can only be stored or retrieved by golems. Something bad might or might not happen on breaking one with stuff in it, depending on whether you feel like it would improve the experience.
As far as construction goes, I'm seeing an infusion recipe using an entropy brain, an order brain, end stone, and a portable hole focus. Only Aspect that's really sticking out to me currently is tons of Vacuos.
That's a pretty decent idea. Leads me to another one:
What if there's an early, less powerful version of the object that you make, and then upgrade it to the one I mentioned above by right clicking with a pearl (doesn't consume the pearl)?
Version 0.27.1 has been released. Still not a lot of progress on what I wanted for the Inventarium, but hopefully I'll have more time for that soon.
Change Log
0.27.1
- Inventarium: The Requisition Tome GUI's mirror input now works with melding mirrors.
- Adjusted Entropic Refining recipe again to make it easier to use in the early game.
- The golem's workbench now ceases crafting activity when an active golem fetter is found directly below it.
- Fixed an issue where the oculo anima could not be attuned to villagers or other non-golem entities that react to being right-clicked.
- Fixed just-crafted thirsty tanks not stacking with similar thirsty tanks that were previously placed into the world. (If you were using a previous version, you may need to place the latter into the world and break them again.)
- Added localization: French (partial).

What do you think about an upgrade that lets you restrict what is allowed to go in each slot of the golem workbench?

You do have two primals left to use

Woah that's crazy!
I would continue to worship the ground you walk on ;;
Hey Tuhjin, would it be possible to support the bookshelves from Natura, and especially Woodstuff, for the Inventarium?

The controller doesn't count as a pylon for those calculations.

It holds enough XP for 75 levels (10545).

Is that enough for 75 single levels, or enough to level from 0 to 75?

Now I feel obligated to fill a room with enough jars of exp to match my Essentia storage...see you guys in March.
